When arrive to check inn at the hotel I ask for the room I was booked online and the front desk lady told me if you wanna that rooms we going to charge more money and the others rooms it's ok but that's doesn't match with the rooms are advertised online is totally different if you like surprises ...
Pros: It was nice and clean. Very close to the main mall (Mall del Norte). Our room had a king bed and a sofas bed. Hot breakfast was decent, waffles, muffins, milk, and things like that, but no eggs. Cons: Our room didn't have towels, we had to request them and it took them over an hour to bring ...
It was a pleasant stay. Clean room but my room overlooked the interstate and a little loud, especially the motorcycles. It was clean and the towels were soft. The a/c made some extraneous noise, but not too bad. All in all it was enjoyable. .

My fiance stayed at the Quality Inn in Nuevo Laredo. The staff is honest due to fact that my fiance left a ring at the table during breakfast. One if the waiters called our room and brought the ring to our room. The pool was super nice but does not have a ladder to get in or out of the pool. The rooms were clesn and comfortable
My bath tub worked but was broken, I was not able to print out my flight tickets due to the poor computer in the loby, work out room was ok, pool closed too early, staff speaks to people as if they are doing us a favor letting stay there.
The people from the staff were very kind, they always try to help you in anything. They have an exellent shuttle system, they pickup you in differnt points of the city. It was very nice
