This is a low rent facility. Poorly ran, the lobby looked like a flea market. Dirty, selling pop and water out of a cooler behind the front desk. Toilets new ion boxes in the lobby to be installed at a later date. No towels, no updated. Very expensive as I paid $250. This was the last hotel with rooms. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Gross

This property was dirty; my room was not ready. When I got to the room it was filthy and had beer cans in it. I had to change rooms, then the strong lock was broken on the door. I was a single woman staying alone and was anxious all night. I was so scared and unable to do anything about the reservation. The Attorney's room was cockroach infested; they woke him up in the morning! The food was stale in the morning and the cleaning standards were that of a motel or cheap hourly motel. WE WILL NOT RETURN!
Filthy rooms, roaches, fighting amongst guests, broken room lock, stale continental breakfast...will never stay there again.
As soon as we got there it was packed and the check in took forever with only 2 people in front of us the young guy at the counter seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing he finally gives the people the room key and while it was our turn to check in the same people come back to say there’s someone already in their room so they had to get another room so we’re there waiting for our turn again when we finally get to the room we get to the bed all white sheets and a huge green booger perfectly placed on the pillow! We threw that pillow to the couch that was really nasty dirty with black stains just gross! we slept with the lights on because we were scared bed bugs would come out my husband managed to fall asleep I couldn’t I just couldn’t wait for the morning to check out! We regret our stay there never again!!!
I had no towels so sent my son & he said they told him I had to ask for my room towels after I got out of the shower so went & asked for and got 2 pool towels I had a reservation for 2 rms & 8ppl they said only 2 towels per/room.Fridge not working & in the morning I had already ran out of tissue paper had to go ask too cause there was no extras..& not very frendy staff, & his was for Easter sunday so went to the pool & its very small & only 4ft :( & no towels again had to go ask at front desk so NOT GOOD!! u cant take breakfast to ur room either they wont let u
The hotel very dirty, smelly horrible, very old facilities
We booked 2 handicap rooms but at check in we were told handicap rooms aren't reserved, they are given upon availability. So my handicap companions were not able to shower that night and I had to drive them to a nearby Kmart so they can use the bathrooms since Ameriksuites restrooms weren't equipped. (due to not being handicap rooms). We did stay the night since Ameriksuites has a policy to pay up front, and would not refund us even though we didnt get the handicap rooms we paid for. The entire place is literally filthy. One of our rooms ended up having blood on the sheets and bed bugs on both beds. The TV remote didn't work, and one of the room's A/C was on the fritz. The stainless steel on the elevator needed cleaning, the entrance of the hotel needs to be power washed the dust along the lattice frame of the elevator needs to be cleaned and this is just little things that I'm mentioning here. On one of our bathroom outing to kmart we literally purchased lysol spray, pillows and towels, since they were cheaper than buying sheets so we could cover with back at the hotel, and Clorox wipes too so we could try to clean up because the maid service was horrible. Hair on the floor, counters and in the bathtub, it was just so gross!!! Hotel is pet friendly but no dedicated area is available for potty needs. I literally fell outside having to go to an uneven nearby curb in the dark of night.
Stayed two nights here each night either I was missing a tv control or towells, no big deal. What I did't like was the fact they took forever to check in and the room wasn't properly cleaned.
Pros: It was nice and clean. Very close to the main mall (Mall del Norte). Our room had a king bed and a sofas bed. Hot breakfast was decent, waffles, muffins, milk, and things like that, but no eggs. Cons: Our room didn't have towels, we had to request them and it took them over an hour to bring them. I couldn't get any hot water, it was lukewarm at best.
I like the hotel because it is near Mall del Norte and it is in a quiet área, so I could sleep very well. Thank you
