I got ot there and there was no reservation under my name . I had to make another reservation same where else.
I forgot my AirPods there and when I call to ask if someone have pick them up, they said the house keeper didn’t see them, I am very disappointed of their staff
Pool was a good place to chat with other guest the staff was quick on their feet no problems at all nice and quiet and the rooms as cold has you would like it and i slept like a baby
Hotel desk staff are very friendly and so very understanding we went to Laredo on this trip for a funeral and the staff at the desk were so very compassionate about our trip giving their condolences and asking if we were okay. I have never been to a hotel where the desk staff even care why you visit their city they just take your money and that's it they do not even ask if you know your way around town.
The staff are friendly and housekeeping department are friendly as well. I will recommend this hotel to others that will be traveling to Laredo Texas
