I reserve a non smoking room and they give me a smoking room I try to cancel the room and they didn’t give me a different room

Filthy. We didn’t even shower it was so gross. No wonder they make you sign a No Refund policy when you pay; once you get to your room you’ll want a refund!

I arrived pass midnight and person from Hotel let me k now don't have available rooms. Then I drive to find another hotel to rest.

Bathroom door was broken, carpet was stained very bad, toilet kept running once you flushed it. Top blankets on bed were stained really bad, pillow cases were wrinkled almost looking like they were reused. For $30 that I paid it was worth it, needs were comfortable.

Came in late, went to sleep, ate the waffle and headed out. Quite noisy outside.

we made and paid our online reservation the same day at the afternoon, but when we arrived to the hotel to complete the registration the lady from the front desk tell us "theres something wrong with your reservation" because we dont have any room available. after 30 minutes, the lady apologize with us for the problem and gave us a room, that she called "the backup room", and i think they need to change the nickname of the room to: "the nightmare room": first of all, they cant gave us the room key because "it is an special room and the door only open with the master key" no remote tv controller the mini bar doesnt work bugs over the rug die bugs in the bathroom a dirty towel in the whirpool the toilet has the tank lid cover broken no kleenex or napkins no shampoo and finally the fire alarm beeps all night long every 5 minutes. (no mute silence) probably our wrost experience in an hotel and first and last time we stay on super 8.

I had a need of the refrigerator in the room, so I booked a room that it should has it. When I got the room the fridge was broken. I asked for another room and with really bad attitude the person that was on desk said that she can't change the room, ( the hotel seemed almost empty), she offered me to put the staff in the kitchen fridge and I said that I really need to have the stuff in the room, She answered I can't do anything for you but she did not try to contact the manager or show any attitude trying to help. Thanks

We specifically requested a accesible room for disabilitated and non-smoking and received the total opposite. On our arrival they gave us an upstairs room which ofcourse was unacceptable since my 76 year old mother was not able to go up any type of stairs, then when we went to talk to the clerk at the lobby she gave us a downstairs SMOKING room, with dirty sheets and it literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned from its last visitors. I returned to the clerk again and requested a non-smoking room, she ofcourse said there is nothing available and that was the only downstairs room they had available, so all we had left to ask for was the least they could do was change the dirty sheets.

It seems that the staff has attended training in being rude. The whole staff has a demeanor indifference to their job and the people that they are supposed to serve.[...]My wife was told that she needed to check out because that room was going to be cleaned and even if there had been an extension she would not be staying in that room. Another room was to be assigned. She asked to move our bags out of the room. Then, she was not allowed to move into theassigned room because the room was not on her name. We were working in Laredo Mexico and I spoke with the staff to let my wife occupy the room and they told me that they would only allow the person to whom the room was assigned to occupy the room. My wife stayed in the lobby for 3 hours and they told her that if she was going to get into a room she needed to get another room. She had to pay nearly $90.00 dollars to get into another room. I was told that I needed to be present to sort out the problem [...]. And that they were not going to return the $90.00 that they had suggested my wife to pay so that she would not be at the lobby.[...] We were highjacked by the staff to get another room and hoping that we loose our original reservation.THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A HOTEL

I had used [...] for previous bookings, however I don't intend on using it again. [...] upon arrival the "super rude" hotel owner/mgr chose not to honor them; however she WAS more than happy to accommodate me for an ADDITIONAL $40! PLUS she TOLD me that "she was telling me like she told ALL HER CUSTOMERS" not to use a "3rd party booking service" because it wasn't worth it. She was extremely purtubed @ the fact that the price I paid for 2 rooms offered by [...] is much lower than her normal rate, therefore I was not getting any type of courteous customer service what-so-ever! [...] My senior citizen ended up on the 2nd flr w/out a handicap room. Other issues that occurred, were: e fire alarm went off twice,in the early am hours, just in our room,no explaination/apology; very rude awaking, guests ARE NOT allowed to take any food back 2 Ur room & they make certain U don't by locking all doors to the small breakfast bar & having a "staff guard dog" sit @ the only way out of the area. (Aren't locked drs against the law?) The pool was clean, but it IS NOT cleaned daily for bugs that drown @ night. Office Staff is EXTREMELY suspicious of any customer request & has NO INTENTION of going out of their way to help U. Parking is very limited. Vending machine takes Ur money & hotel takes no responsibility. All in all it was a "sad experience" I have NO INTENTION of EVER going thru again. [...]

Hotel was nice, good location. Too many problems in check in. First had to leave deposit to just get the remote. Then we wanted to extend our stay, we had to reserve the room through [...] and then the staff hassled us for checking in early. Overall bad service.

We couldn't get the AC to work and the front desk lady came right over to fix it. Otherwise, it's an OK place for a Super 8.

Anniversy getaway. Very nice and close by shopping.

it was hot and they didn't supply ice for water or soda's. they claimed the ice machine was being worked on, not true. claimed they didn't have a lower room ready at 5:30pm. i watched a mexican couple unload in a lower room at 6pm. they probably paid more. i had several pieces of equipment i had to unload since a could not watch the car. pain in. the a--. will not stay in this motel again. it should be rated one star at best

On my 7 day drive from NYC to Puerto Vallarta Mexico I stayed in Super 8's, Motel 6's, Day's Inn's and other icon hotels. It was always the Super 8's that gave the most for the money and were consistently clean, best organized, and the internet always worked.

Hotel was nearly sold out and current rate on check-in was double what I paid by pre-booking. I would have appreciated handicap room but am not complaining.

Nice and coozy hotel, i felt safe leaving my car outside with the security up and down.

good staff, very good prices and very good hotel, comfortable and clean.

there is nothing super about this hotel
