Location, location, location! This amazing, light, and bright, oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condominium at Menehune Shores is completely remodeled and is ready for
relaxation and enjoyment starting January 2025. Everything is new in this contemporary, beachy vibe condo! This ground-floor unit offers direct access to the
lawn. It's steps away from what feels like your own private beach. Watch the sunset right from your lanai!

This unit features a three-split air conditioning system for your comfort. The primary bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean from the windows, and slider door to the adjacent lanai. The primary bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom, with dual sinks. The guest bath and bedroom have been thoughtfully redesigned for guest's comfort. The beautifully appointed kitchen is perfect for dining in after a full day exploring the island. The unit is well stocked with kitchenware and appliances.

Menehune Shores is a unique Kihei gem, sitting right on the ocean at Kalepolepo Beach Park, overlooking a historic Hawaiian fishpond, and sheltered beach. The resort is located just north of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kihei. It's close to everything Kihei has to offer, with a more relaxed atmosphere. The Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale Sanctuary is right next door to the resort. Menehune Shores has an incredible rooftop deck, equipped with BBQ grills and picnic tables, for your enjoyment. The rooftop deck is one of the best locations for whale watching across the entire bay during whale season.

We also provide:
-beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella (sorry, no snorkeling gear or boogie boards.)
-a toiletries starter kit: laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and kitchen cleaning supplies starter kit
-drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
-linens, towels, etc.

There is NO SMOKING in the unit, or on the lanai (this includes vaping.) The property has a smoking area under the flagpoles in the parking lot. Fines may apply if smoking
outside of the designated smoking area.
