This is the condo you've been searching for! Our newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (880 sq ft) top second floor condo is a total gem on sough-after South Kihei! Steps from Sugar Beach and centrally located on the island, this is the perfect home base for your Maui getaway. You have to experience the Kihei 205 condo!

This unit is extremely well taken care of with lots of upgrades, a fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, newly renovated bathroom, great patio overlooking the ocean and pool area, and much more. Comes with a Queen bed and 2 twin beds.

This is a 20 minute drive from the airport and the unit comes with a designated parking spot right outside the unit.

- Located across the street from Sugar Beach, which is the longest sandy 6 mile beach on Maui. Great for unreal sunsets and morning/evening walks.
