Have a great vacation in our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium. This unit is located in South Kihei across from cove park, Charley young Beach, Kamaole 1,2 and 3, rated as one of the best all around beaches in Maui. You can safely swim ,surf, snorkel, picnic, walk, jog, play tennis and enjoy watching a dramatic ocean sunset. Also conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shops, markets, movie theater and entertainment.

Our Condo sleeps two persons with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The private Lanai overlooks the tropical gardens. the front of the condo gives access to a court yard full of Hawaiian plants and flowers with a swimming pool in the middle. Gas BBQ are located next to the pool. Parking for one car is free.

This condo also provides Air Condition with 12000 BTU AC located in the living room.
Tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils. Linens, towels, phone, Free WIFI internet access is also provided. Beach equipment includes chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Keywords: Condominium

Francois' condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. The AC worked well, plenty of fans also. So much better than a hotel room. We didn't get to use the pool or grills unfortunately but we made breakfast each morning. The check in and property instructions were clear, complete, and accurate. The condo location is so convenient in Kihei, we walked to the food trucks for dinner one night, and beach an easy walk also. Appreciated the beach chairs very much! Hope the new STVR law doesn't adversely affect you. Thanks for letting us stay at your place! Mahalo

Pros-easy access to the beautiful beach-easy walking to bars and restaurants-cleanliness-access to beach chairs and umbrellas etc-unit is dated but still good value-complex had many tropical plants/treesCons-previous guests mentioned how quiet the complex was, unfortunately not the case for us during quiet times-complex to be smoke free but every morning the smell of marijuana came into the unit

Very clean and just as advertised. Easy access but the building and assigned parking is a bit hard to find at night. Very clean pool and bbq areas which we used quite a lot. Charlie Young beach is less than 5 min walk away and is lovely with sand and decent snorkeling to the left by the rocky outcrop. Great convenient walking access to grocery stores, craft market shopping and delicious food trucks. Would definitely stay hete again even though there are no beach views from the lanai. This particular unit has lanai with some street view and nice close view of well kept trees and bird wildlife (nice to watch).

Cozy, cute condo in lively and bustling Kihei. Loved this stay. Accommodations were clean and Aestetically pleasing. Was a nice place to kickback and relax after exploring the many sights and beauty of Maui. The pool and bbq area really was the cherry on top. Definitely will book again

Not Quite What I expected

After reading the reviews I had no problem booking the place, however upon arrival I was let down by several things. It was not up to my standard of cleanliness, I travel for work so I am used to "hotel clean" however there were numerous hairs and dust/dirt left in the sink, shower fridge and linens. we felt we needed to wash before we used them. The cupboards had the same and the dishes needed to be washed before we used them. I am not sure if it is the humidity and window louvers but I felt the unit could use a deep clean as there seemed to be a layer of dust/mildew stuck to everything. The whole facility is supposed to be smoke free however the area to smoke is close to the corner of the property and if the windows are open you will get some smoke smell. It was a Awesome location, the facility was quiet. The Pool and BBQ area was great as well. WIFI was good and fast to watch movies at night
