We were on a one night stopover; got in late & they had everything ready for a quick check-in. Bed and pillows very comfortable; room amenities were great. Breakfast & coffee were the basics & good to get us on the way. Would stay here again.

First thing i did when i walked into the room was smash a cockroach on the counter. Room was not clean. Dirt buildup in every crack and crevasse you looked in.

We had to move rooms because the water would not heat. They told us to wait like 15 mins for it to heat up, still wouldn’t. Wouldn’t change us rooms & it was already late. So finally the next morning we tried again. Still no hot water. We told the front desk again & they sent out a maintenance man & finally he told them we would have to get a new room. Which is whatever. It is what it is. So we get ready to head out for the day. After the Chiefs game was over we came back & showered/laid down. The next morning which was check up morning, I had moved some stuff over & then seen a roach crawling around. 😣😣😣 did not have the best experience here. Will not be back.

After checking in, the room had an odor and seemed more like a lower end motel that had a lobby. We wanted a refund after refusing to stay but they would not refund even after paying Expedia for this insurance.

Nice and clean room. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, lots of towels. Only challenges were strong deodorizer that made room smell irritating to our sinus, and one of the two beds sagged in the middle. Was adequate for one night stay. Coffee maker in lobby made nice cappuccino. Didn't try the breakfast.

The room (101) smelled like someone had been smoking in there even though it was a non-smoking room, the carpet was still wet from when they tried to clean it. There's absolutely no safety mechanism on the window on the first floor so anyone can climb into your room at night. Guests were up late talking loudly and slamming the door to the parking lot so we did not get much sleep
