I had Lori as my host she was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back! I was able to have a nice glass of wine in the evening and she made sure I was having a pleasant stay. She interacted with other guests as well and seemed to really enjoy her job!

This hotel was fantastic - the room, the breakfast and evening social time. We can always count on Staybridge Suites! While there we went to Kansas City to visit the WWI Museum, took a city trolley tour, went to a Royals baseball game, and to the Truman Presidential Library and Museum. It was a great location for all of these sights - only took about 20 -30 minutes to get to downtown KC. If you're wondering if you should stay out and drive in to the city - you definitely should - this was a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel has all of the amenities that you need but the best thing about this hotel is their people. From the General Manager Staci to the Director of Sales Carolyn, the staff is incredible. The folks at the front desk greet you every morning with a smile and the people who help put out the breakfast go out of their way to make sure your breakfast is the best it can be. The house keepers are very accommodating and go that extra mile to make you comfortable. Overall if I am ever in the Kansas City area, I will make it a point to stay at this Staybridge. They made me feel like family. Randy T

The breakfast in the morning was very good. They had a few options that they cycled thru every few days. During the week, they also offer a wine and snacks at night, and even a lite dinner. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice, but our only compliant was that the walls seem a bit thin. Each morning I could hear the alarm in the next door room going off. Also could hear the neighbors conversation pretty clearly. We would stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about the Staybridge Suites and their employees. I’m a long term guest and thought it was time to voice my opinion and let others know what they’re missing out on if they’re not staying here while in town. The property is newly renovated with very spacious suites and the most comfortable beds! They have a great room that allows for guests to have additional space to socialize and hang out after a long day. Breakfast and their social are a huge plus!!! Their courtyard is meticulously maintained and bbq grills are available for guests to use. The swimming pool and hot tub are beautiful and very enjoyable in the summer time. Management, front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance and EVERY staff member have gone above and beyond to make my stay the BEST experience! A huge bonus is that the property is pet friendly! Roxy loves it here!! Next time you are in town, check out the Staybridge. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I was only here for a weekend, so didn't need much. Room was good, nice to have a kitchenette. Staff was there when needed. Hotel seems to be geared towards long term stays, which was fine - it almost felt more like a dorm. I don;t think I would make it a point to stay here again, but wouldn't complain. Hotel is near groceries and restaurants, so that is nice.

We stayed here while visiting a family member at a nearby hospital and were very pleased with this Staybridge. Sierra at the front desk is fantastic...cheerful, helpful, engaging...she is quite an asset. The location is extremely convenient not only to the hospital we were visiting (Centerpoint Independence) but also to shopping, dining and is very easy to get to from the highway. We did not get to take advantage of the Happy Hour, but breakfast was good and the dining area very tidy. We will plan to stay here again. Thank you!

Couldnt ask for a better place to stay at ehile on the road. Been here a month and this place treats me like im family. Always smiling and always friendly. Front desk dose a great job of taking care of any issue that occurs during your stay. The management is always avaliable and walking around to make sure all guest are happy. Dinner and breakfast is always hot and fresh and dinner will have a choice of spirit's to go along with it. Newly renovated, the rooms are comfortable and make you feel as if you are not in a hotel at all! Any bussiness trip I take from now on with will always be with staybridge suites.

As a company, we on occasion send employees to Kansas City for training at a nearby location. Coincidentally, this is the 2nd year in a row we have had an issue with vandalism and theft while our company vehicles are parked in the hotel’s parking lot. During each visit, we have had heavy equipment and tools stolen after the locks on the tool boxes were broken or damaged. This hotel is well aware of our safety issues we continuously have experienced on property for 2 years. There needs to be additional video surveillance cameras added in the parking lot as well as additional lighting for apparent safety reasons. Our suggestion to other guests, if you are in a company vehicle, to park as close to the hotel as possible and within view of what FEW video cameras the hotel actually have on property. It would also be best to not be out or around the parking lot after dark as an added safety concern since people are able to continuously vandalize vehicles. I would also like to point out the lack of concern showed by the female manager when our company tried to obtain a copy of the video surveillance from the night. The excuse given to our employee, “it’s company policy to not send video surveillance to the police or share with customers, but the police are welcomed to stop by and view the video on property”. Because that is very helpful and convenient in a police investigation. One would think the hotel, with all the known safety issues, would attempt to go above and beyond in helping to find out what individual(s) are vandalizing and damaging vehicles when they are GUESTS in their hotel….but I guess not. Anyway…if you are traveling in a company provide vehicle or just in a vehicle that may have any items with value, to use a different hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely stay here again. From check in thru check out this stay was great. The staff was friendly, efficient, welcoming and that's the entire staff working Monday thru Thursday. The suite was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were hot, plentiful and good. The evening social was good food, wine and beer or soft drinks. Enough food was available for the entire 2 hours. No one felt rushed or left out. This Staybridge was full and had a remodel going on in the 3rd floor. But it was still clean, still comfortable. The staff was always available, always friendly and made you feel welcome. Great place and wonderful people.
