Booked a month in advance and was told they were going to downgrade our suite that we paid for. Because they over booked and we would have got the short straw. Put up a fuss and got what we paid. But that alone left a sour taste all weekend because of that.

Room 206 had stains on the sheets, a torn shade blind next to the bed, stains on the curtain next to the bed, stains in the bathroom by the baseboards when you close the door and the cover of the heating/ cooling controls was broken off. For breakfast every morning the eggs had cheese on them not giving an option to people who may be lactose intolerant.
