Erica at front desk was great, room was dirty will not stay again until it's been updated and better cleaning staff.

The hotwl was pretty to the eye. We got a suite to stay in with 2 adults 4 kids. Worlds of fun trip. After a long tiring day at the park , went to make out the couch bed and the springs/support were broken. The bed jad popcorn in it, empty pop bottles and a dirty sock!!! Had to clean it up and just put the mattress om the floor. Breakfast was a joke! Not enough staff and no food and lots of unhappy guests! And because we booked thru you they would not refund any off the $200. I paid for one night!

Hotel was perfect for a quick stay overnight to go to Arrowhead stadium. Right off the road, close to the stadium and near several restaurants and stores. Very clean place. Helpful staff. Breakfast was awesome.

This is a great hotel. We were there for a softball tournament at Adair Park. It was very close and convenient. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Was clean. Large room. Small bathroom, good breakfast. Near freeways, restaurants, shopping.

The room we stayed in had a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and two cookbook burners. The bed was in a separate room. It was very clean, comfy bed. Great breakfast variety. My only 2 dislikes were that there was no hot tub or ice machine. The front desk gave me some ice from the kitchen, the freezer has an ice maker, however it is turned off when you check in so it takes a bit to make the ice. There is also a great restaurant just down the block called 54th street and their kitchen is open until 12am.

Stayed at Residence inn for three nights. very pleasent stay with no issues. my son enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was a nice plus. Location was good..plenty of shopping and restaurants around the area not too far away. Would stay again.

Front desk service was slow, many times no one was at desk. Seems to need a little TLC or remodeling.

The room was quite comfortable. Very quiet at night, so a great night's sleep! Staff, both front staff and cleaning personnel, were very friendly and accommodating! Good breakfasts and a nice little workout room. Pool area was clean and comfortable.

slightly hidden paradise, but well worth the find.

I went to go visit from family and this hotel worked out perfectly. It was in a great area with shopping and lots of restaurants. There was quick access to they highway and anywhere I wanted to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This trip was great except the refridgerator was not working.
