Room had bed bugs my legs and feet are ate up

Very nice hotel! Clean and friendly staff would definitely recommend and stay here again!

No housekeeping service. Trash not emptied in 4 days. Hairdryer was filthy and did not have an off/on switch. Asked to have it replaced. It WAS NOT replaced. All employees not wearing masks.

I understand with the COVID-19 stuff that things are not normal but it would be nice if they changed the website to reflect no breakfast buffet. I believe they could have been creative and still stuck with the health rules. When asked if they were going to change my bill accordingly they said no. I could have stayed somewhere cheaper if I would have known.

It was a good place for kids, food wasn’t real good

For those primarily interested in the comfort of the beds let me assure you that they are indeed comfy. I had a very good night's sleep and will return when I'm in the area.

We liked the location to the rest of our family, the hotel is located very close to Hwy 71, which is convenient, but is also VERY loud if you happen to be on that side of the hotel. We were also hoping for a Hot Tub, but that wasn't really a deal breaker. The breakfast was great, it would've been nice to have the stuff filled a bit quicker. The night manager, James was very nice and very hospitable!!!

The hotel was good for the area I needed to stay in. A bit dated and could use updating but service was good.

This is a nice hotel, just off the freeway with nice facilities. The hotel is only a few years old and is like new condition and very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and recommended a great barbecue place close to the hotel. The breakfast area was clean and had a good selection.

Allowed early check in after a busy night, breakfast is good

A busy family reunion nearby was great, but a relaxing hot bath at the end of the day was the best! Some rooms only have showers, so be sure to ask for your preference. We had excellent waffles and fresh berries for breakfast. Staff was friendly and efficient - very accommodating.

Simply, all things could not have been better. The room was excellent and the staff, all of them, above that. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Room and hotel were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Your feedback concerns us. We do have a pest control company that regularly services our hotel, however, as a precaution, we will have them service your room and the surrounding area. We hope to have another chance to serve you again in the future for a much better outcome.

John, I am so sorry about your stay we do not do things that way here and I have addressed your concerns with my staff and the issues have been resolved.
