Property was clean and they didn't charge a large pet fee.

It was pleasent, room was update. It was quite.

The woman I checked in with was delightful but the man I spoke to on the phone to confirm my reservation was incredibly rude. The toilet was less than a foot off the ground and was uncomfortably small. The sheets were weirdly stiff, and overall I would not recommend to anyone. For a single night with a dog it was 126 dollars. 1/5

The property was simple, but still a nice facility.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Arrived around 11pm after several hours of travel. Check in process took over 30 minutes. Clerk took photo copies of our IDs - should have been our first clues to leave. Upon arriving in the room, the deadbolt and chain lock did not work. My room was at the top of the stairs which are open to the parking lot. Neighborhood is sketchy. Was concerned for my safety. Could not sleep at all. Dirty socks from a previous guest were still in the room. Sheets were stained. Floors were filthy. Called Orbitz to let them know we would not be staying for our full itinerary. They notified the front desk and I checked out first thing in the morning. Was told I would need to speak to a manager about a refund but that the manager would only be in from 10-11am. I had an appointment that morning and was not able to return or call at 10. Called the hotel later, was told to handle the issue through Orbitz. Called Orbitz, again, was told to handle the matter with the hotel. Finally got the manager on the phone, he said I was making up stories about his hotel and refused to give me a refund for the nights I did not stay then hung up on me. Called the corporate office to complain. They also told me I would have to handle the issue through the hotel directly. No one seems willing or able to assist in settling this issue. The bottom line is DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel and the staff are awful. I have never had a worse experience.

Check-in staff was not professional. Extra charge because booking was through Expedia though it was already fully paid for. Credit card was only suppose to be send for incidentals. I addressed it with the staff immediately but couldn’t get it resolved. The room was dirty. I couldn’t get extra bedsheets. The shower drained very slow. The fridge was not cold. The worse part of all was the air conditioning was temperamental and wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 78 degrees in our room. 82 degrees outside. I couldn’t get help because they were fully booked and nothing else was available. Breakfast was next to nothing. I will never come back.

The mattresses were terrible. The rest of the experience was OK, but if you can't sleep?!???

All in all a good hotel. Could use some better tvs. But other then that it was clean and had a bed i dont ask for much.

Everything seemed nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Slept in so can't commit on the breakfast. The neighbors were noisy, but that happens everywhere. I would stay there again if the need arises.

I arrived late and the room was cold cause the heater was off. It should be on at low temp for winter time (03/02/2016). I turned it on and went to bed. I couldn't sleep cause the was so cold. The heater didn't work. I didn't want to switch the room at 3am in the morning. Cause my son has an interview in the morning. I told the front desk they just said "sorry".

Our stay was ok. Econo Lodge cuts a lot of corners. I've stayed at several other hotel chains for the same amount of money and got way more. I think they use the Econo in their name to gyp you.

Well, first problem you'll find is finding it. They have a small sign that sits atop a Steak n Shake sign, that has one light bulb out and is mostly behind a tree. Hotel sits off the road, we drove by it twice trying to find it. Wifi on first day was horribly slow, didn't work at all on second day. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal and some horrible prepackaged pastry like things. Vent fan in bathroom didn't work. I guess the place would be ok if you were paying $40/night, but at $80+/night, I'd suggest you keep looking.

This hotel is an excellent value, nice location, very clean rooms and nice pool. Have stayed here several times.

The hotel was really great for a small price. It was clean, quiet, and the help was very accomodating. It is a modern stay with continental breakfast.

The hotel room was great, the bed was nice and my girlfriend and I had a pleasant night watching TV.
