Very close to the inter state hwy is good, but too much noice and sound from moving vehicles was troubling.

I had to check in outside in the freezing cold through a window. Then they wanted a $50 deposit for a really crappy room. The room was dirty and old. But it was at least warm. The neighborhood was very unsafe. Just around the corner 2 cops were arresting someone. I could not even get a refund when I tried to change my mind. It’s better to see a place before booking because it may seem like a nice place but in reality it’s not

Property was hard to find, room had very dirty windows, chair was very damaged, carpet had cuts, bedoread had burns, 3 lightbulbs were not even there. Bed was very comfortable, but covers were very thin. Only one set of bathtowels.

We arrived to a property that looked nothing like the picture. I cannot believe that Days Inn or Wyndham allow their name to be on this property. We immediately canceled our reservation upon arriving and went down the street. We travel a lot and I have never done that before.

No pool. Dirty area that looked like you might get robbed at

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still good

Cigarette holes burned into the bedsheets. Was not allowed in the building in order to check-in. Had to talk to the clerk through a glass. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it stunk.

Dirty stained bedspread ; sheets did not appear to have been changed Cleaning was minimal if done at all; tissues ran out before the maid service came in and were not replaced; washcloths not replaced; sink not cleaned People at front desk were nice

I liked the breakfast, punctuality, and the coordination of the staff

The Days Inn proved to be a decent hotel that is located in a great location. There were some positives and negatives that resulted during my stay. It is near plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, and supermarkets. It's only 4 miles away from Arrowhead Stadium, which was super convenient for us to attend a Chiefs game. The room itself was slightly disappointing. There were stains on the sheets and towels as well as on the pillowcases. The floor looked like it could use a good cleaning. The room was musty, which was only helped by the frequent use of an air conditioner. I found a dead fly in my bed. The bathroom could use a serious renovation. However, the price was great, no bed bugs found, and the hotel was truly in an ideal location for the KC sports fan so I don't have many complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was vary kind. Have stayed in a couple other hotels near this one which I won't stay in again but will stay at this facility again.

Good experience, clean maintenance. I would stay again & again

The problems were too many to put into this review. I called the hotel directly about 10 days before our stay to make sure there was an indoor pool. I was assured by the woman at the desk that the pool was indoors and would be open. We arrived to find the pool closed. The same woman at the desk had no idea why. She asked the guys tiling the lobby how long it would be closed. They said they were not the ones who closed the pool. The notice on the pool room said the city closed it. Then she talked about the hot breakfast available in the morning. Bottom line...there was not any breakfast and the pool would remain closed because of the lobby remodel. All of this makes sense and is understandable however, the woman at the desk should have told me that when I called to make the reservation. An indoor pool was an important part of our vacation and a promise I made to others who were travelling with us. If the problems had stopped there, things would have been fine. On one of the nights I had to go down to have my room key reissued so I could get into the room, she was still telling the new check-ins about the hot breakfast that did not exist. Other problems: We had to have our room key reissued on two different occasions because that same desk woman only issued it for 2 days at a time. Tub leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. We easily dealt with that by putting towels along the bottom of the tub. Good: Location is convenient The overnight woman at the desk and another one with pink hair were fabulous. When something was accidently taken form my room, they tracked it down and called me as soon as they had it. Room was clean. The man at the desk when we were checking out was not very nice. He asked how my stay was and I told him so so. He asked why. I started to tell him (both the good and bad) and he did not want to hear it and dismissed me. Maybe an apology would have been nice and appreciated. When the remodel is finished, some of the problems will be solved. Unfortunately it can not solve enough of the problems to justify the cost of the room or for me to recommend anyone staying here. We stay in Indy every few months but will not be back to this hotel.

room was clean no complaints, staff friendly, would stay again

Everyone at the hotel from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were friendly and competent. The room was better than expected, and the price was great.

I stayed four nights leading up to labor day weekend and had no complaints. Everybody from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, competent and helpful.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to make you aware that after a certain time in the late evening our front lobby doors are locked for security reasons and all business is conducted through the side widow. Unfortunately we cannot always keep guest from smoking in a non smoking room as this is why we charge a damage desposit upon checkin
