"The hotel is clean and comfortable, The staff is professional and courteous. It is a nice hotel. I'm traveling from NY to visit my 8 year old daughter. Unfortunately, the hotel lost power for 8 hours from about 5:30 om to 1:30 am. Because of this, I did not spend time with her; the room was just too cold and I had to take her back home to her mother. Now I have to stay another night so that I can spend time with my daughter. In addition, I have to pay another $100 deposit, even though I'm staying consecutive nights. I need that money for my travel back to NY. "
