For it containing the name Doubletrree, It's held to a certain amount of excellance. It is no longer a high standard hotel.

2 queen beds would be better than 2 double beds Great location downtown!

The tv's are equipped to not hook up any game consoles or other devices to get your own movies or channels which suck because your forced to watch regular tv with limited channels. The tub had other people's hair in it and the room was noisey almost all day and night and can easily hear into other people's rooms. Otherwise room was physically comfortable and hear worked well. Tv is also small. Guest services respond immediately.

I booked a night at this hotel to celebrate my doctoral degree. Our room was located on the first floor and was handicap accessible, much to our surprise after booking. The staff were not pleasant. I called the front desk since the temperature of the water in the bathroom was frigid cold, and the manager had conveniently stepped out. I thought this was an upgrade from the Comfort Inn across the street, but we were not satisfied. Would not recommend staying here.

Great hotel...............................................................................

Long walk to rooms, big hotel. Keys did not work and felt it was done intentionally. Nice pool, room was okay.

The accommodations and location were excellent. We were close to restaurants, shopping, airport and access to main roads and highways. I would definitely stay at the Doubletree again. The whole experience allowed us to focus on the wedding, the reason we were in Ohio.

Our favorite part was the hot tub and pool. Probably because we had them all to ourselves.

Food and service were very good at the Shakara (sp?) Steakhouse restaurant. Standard clean room. More TV cable channels than the nearby Embassy Suites.

Food and service good at the Steakhouse restaurant.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The hallways and over all look of the hotel seemed that it was just a cleaned up older hotel with a fresh coat of paint and nicer furniture. My room was next to the furnace room so I heard a humming most of the time I was in my room in the evening. I would stay there again but the prices across the street at some of the other hotels are much better for the same comfort.

Loved this town, all of the people at this hotel were very accommodating.

We were in town for 2 nights for a business convention. The staff were super, and we loved that onsite steak house! Thank you Blair for the great recommend! The breakfast bar was a very nice surprise. The room was great, but the sound level from others was horrible, both mornings we wanted to sleep in until 8 a.m. but couldn't due to other residents slamming doors and talking loud at 5 am. The bed was hard. Need to sand bathroom doors so they don't stick, and invest in memory foam pads to make the stay perfect.

Rooms were older, but very clean. The staff couldn't have been any nicer-from front desk down to housecleaning and construction crew. We were there for a wedding at the train station, so if was a perfect location.

I took my 9 year old here for a night to relax, enjoy the pool and get a good night's sleep. This is what he wanted to do for his birthday. So we did it. First, the room was nice. The landscape, however, was not and they were in the middle of remodeling. I should have taken the warning from the lady at the front desk when she said "excuse the noise." We began swimming at 6:30pm when the landscape company decided to show up to cut the grass....while we were sitting by the pool. Mulch and other debris was being thrown at us so we moved inside. We could have been given a warning. We got to our room around 8:00pm. Just as we were starting to relax for the evening, the noises from the other guests were just too much. Running up and down the hall. Loud noises from outside. The loud tv and voices from the next room went on well into the early morning when I finally had to make a call to the front desk to ask them to please do something. Nothing was done. We didn't get any sleep that night and the next morning when I expressed my disappointment, I only received "sorry about that, I hope you come again. " I can say with certainty that I will not.

It was good. I would like the motel to provide a newspapereveryday. We saw the rock and roll hall of fame and thepro football hall of fame. We enjoyed our visit to lakeview cemetery followed by a dinner at little Italy. Great food. Had agreat time in Cleveland.

Very nice hotel!need to clean bathroom doors ,other than that the room was nice

Room was vey clean staff was nice. Enjoyed my stay!

Hotel was perfect! Woke up the next morning and my jeep was stolen out of the hotel parking lot. There was no surveillance in the parking lot. The hotel staff were super helpful with calling the police and making sure we were accommodated

The hotel was great!!! Clean, polite staff. I only had to stay one night, was in town for a show. Location was great, only 15 mins from downtown and near several restaurants and bars. If I'm ever in the area again, I would DEFINETLY stay here.
