A long way to shuttle service from deboarding the flight
There was a very long line for united at ticket gate. It was fast moving with much help from the staff. They did a superior job expediting the check in.
Our flight to Cleveland delayed a bit by storms in Denver. United flight crew very polite and professional. Pilot kept us informed which was good.
We left on time and landed early.
Seats on this plane are horribly small. I am tall but even average size passengers were uncomfortable
wish there were more food items for purchase.
