The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only complaints we have is the bed was a bit lumpy, seemed quite old & the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. A nice arm chair in the room would be nice.

We chose this hotel for the closeness to Cleveland Clinic. It is a nice hotel. Only issue I had was the bed was too hard for me. But my husband thought it was perfect. Was a little bummed that there wasn't a microwave in the room.

No house keeping the entire stay. Even though they said there was every other day. I confirmed when we left at 0930 that we were on list to be cleaned. No cleaning zero. When I spoke with front desk said someone would get back to me re billing. No one did. If you're going to run a hostel charge hostel prices. Also strong chemical smell in hall on third floor.
