The room we were in did not have heat. It was 60 degrees and the unit was blowing cold air. At 11:30 we were moved into another room after waiting for maintenance man that never showed. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. It stinks as if smoking is on every floor.

The room and the entire hotel was dirty and dark and in disrepair. The advertised pool was not open, nor was the fitness center. The few people staying there were doing drugs. We paid for two nights but only stayed one and left as soon as we could in the morning. Wouldn't have stayed even the one night if we hadn't arrived late. A horrible experience. Very disappointed in Ramada and Expedia.

Room and hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were druggies in and out of that place. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Will never EVER stay there again. First room had a blood stain on bed. Second room had a couple unknown pills on bed that I threw away. If it wasn’t for my kids and wife being really tired after the Cavs game, I would’ve drove back home. Terrible terrible dirty experience!!

I booked this specific hotel because of the indoor pool. The indoor pool area was not heated and it was frigid in there and therefore my daughter and I were unable to swim.

Checked in and went to the room. Room was disgusting. No shower curtain, molding falling off the heating unit, debris all over the window sill and floor. Very dirty. Went to complain. Hotel gave us another room. Better but still bad. Checked out and in the process of getting a refund or credit.

The staff was very friendly, clean big room , the breakfast was suitable for me , the parking area was big and safe just needed the one light pole to work to have the parking lot brighter , but over-all we enjoyed are stay. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham

Room was okay, no soap to take a shower only shampoo and conditioner, hot tub wasn’t in working order. The continental breakfast was sketchy. No cream cheese for the bagels, the orange juice and milk was open in a pitcher. The room where breakfast was served was cold and damp looking. I enjoyed the price of the room and beds were okay but everything else about the hotel dark and dingy. They can do better!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hallways were dark and all the floors in the hotel are dirty. Ceiling tiles falling down and ceiling tiles with leaks everywhere. The pool was not clean and there was broken glass in the pool, hot tub was empty and out of order and they didn’t even bother to clean it out it was nasty. I booked a double room with two king beds and was told they didn’t have such a thing. When I book a double room that means two rooms I thought? Parking lot was dark. And you have to walk a mile to your vehicle. Wife got locked in the bathroom and the full size wall mirror was off the wall and leaning on the coffee table. Will not be booking anymore stays with Orbitz again! Boogers on the ceiling mold on the shower curtain.
