This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hallways were dark and all the floors in the hotel are dirty. Ceiling tiles falling down and ceiling tiles with leaks everywhere. The pool was not clean and there was broken glass in the pool, hot tub was empty and out of order and they didn’t even bother to clean it out it was nasty. I booked a double room with two king beds and was told they didn’t have such a thing. When I book a double room that means two rooms I thought? Parking lot was dark. And you have to walk a mile to your vehicle. Wife got locked in the bathroom and the full size wall mirror was off the wall and leaning on the coffee table. Will not be booking anymore stays with Orbitz again! Boogers on the ceiling mold on the shower curtain.

The manager was super unprofessional.She was very argumentative and aggressive.She was extremely rude to the max. And told me I was mad.Room service was trash literally. We had to ask for a trash can in my room and didn’t get one until Sunday. The hotel kept having the fire alarm set off and one of the fire alarms set off in the middle of our sleep at night where we had to leave the building. The hallways smell like urine. This hotel is a negative 10. I would never in my life go back or recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed and I paid 250 dollars for my daughter birthday.

Unfortunately didn’t even end up staying there. Upon checking in the lobby was extremely dirty and an unpleasant feeling. Received our room key and went to the room and the door was unlocked. Went directly back downstairs and asked for a refund and we were leaving. There was no manager on duty so still waiting to hear back from a gmail account email that the gentleman at the front desk gave us. I wouldn’t recommend adding this hotel to your list.

Well to while waiting to check in a person came to the front desk complaining there was no hot water. That was like a red flag. Then the key card machine was not working properly. At around 7:30 PM there were still no hot water. I call Expedia, which and return call them at about 9 PM. We finally got hot water. The room was OK. The bathroom shows signs of not being clean properly. Now the breakfast if you wanna call at breakfast, it’s just bagel, cupcakes, coffee, or orange juice, and milk and they just put one jug and when it finish it just gotta wait till they refilled it. The real part of it was there’s no ice machine. You actually have to go to the front desk and ask them for ice and they will give you a small bag of ice. Never seen anything like that. No one greeted us at the front desk and the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Our room was supposed to have microwave oven when we got there. There was no microwave. When ask about it. They stated that I will have to upgrade my room to get a microwave Which is ridiculous. Would I stay here again? I never say never but as long as this other hotel around maybe not. It could be such a nice place if they kept it up.

Staff wasn't professional or friendly. She tried to blame me for "going in the wrong room" when she put me in a room I didn't reserve. The original room was dirty, the hallway was disgusting and finding the original room was confusing. I had an ice bucket in my room but I have no idea where the ice machines was. Evidently wasn't one on the level I ended up staying on, and once I finally got into the correct room I wasn't going down every level to find one or ask the chick at the desk since she wasn't professional to begin with.

Gross! The walls in the bathroom were peeling ,calk in the shower was stain bad probably mold, bathtub had a big stain in it. Not even sure if the sheets was changed since there was dirt on the sheets. Had to park in a pitch dark parking lot to lights at all! The front desk guy said outload my room number and I was staying there alone. I was charged way more then i was quoted. I will never stay there again! Not worry the cheap quote!

First they gave us the wrong room. There was only one set of towels in the room so I asked housekeeping for another towel and washrag and they said they didnt have any to go down to front desk and ask them for one, they didnt have any either. In our 2 day stay we never got any towels. I went to use the phone and it didnt work and also there was a cigarette ash on the phone, so much for it being a smoke free room, they never gave me a new phone even though I told the front desk mine didnt work. The elevator went out for a while the 2nd day and we had to walk down and up again 4 flights of stairs. We asked for toilet paper and housekeeping said to go down and ask the front desk, they said they didnt have any then gave me a used roll of toilet paper, I then told housekeeping and they finally gave me a unused roll. I dont know why they didnt do that in the first place. My husband phone slipped down between the couch cushion and when he reached down to get it there was all kinds of crumbs and food under the cushions.
