For one right at the start we had had to get multiple room keys because they kept deactivating on their own, then the elevators were unsafe they took you to multiple floors before getting to your floor so we had to use stairs to get back and fourth to room, the staff was very inattentive to our needs, the staff was rude and not at all accommodating, we had to switch rooms at 1am because our shower was spraying all over the ceiling when turning it on, once we switch rooms they put us in a room with smaller beds and when removing the sheet to inspect bed it was full of pee stains and red stuff, then we try to go to the pool they told us we need wrist bands we said we didn’t receive any the manager try to charge us $25 per person for wrist band we refused so she gave us one band upon entry to pool the jacuzzi had no water and didn’t work and the pool water was discolored and dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Overall our experience was horrible and the customer service provided was appalling and ridiculous! I would rate them a zero if possible. O also the extra doors to enter and exit from building were fully accessible without no key entry even tho it stated on doors key entry was needed which wasn’t true cause doors open right up with no key which is a a safety measure because anyone can enter or exit building without key entry very unsafe!
