Comfy and clean and loved the height and pressure of shower head. However, the layout meant a LOT of walking and elevator trips to access the lot. And tge stairs from upper lot down to the floor where elevator accesd for the hotel is, were ROUGH.

The staff was excellent. We chose to stay here because we were having a power outage in my neighborhood. This was a quick last minute 2-night stay because the electric company updated us that we would be out of service for 48 hours or so. If the weather had been a little warmer, we would have toughed it out at home. We chose this hotel because it is close to our home, and we could get back quickly if necessary. Upon arriving we parked in the rear lot and the first thing I noticed was a sign that said "Not responsible for damaged vehicles". When we walked through the back door I smells like smoke, urine, pool water and dirty hallways. I was appalled. I told my husband, we can't stay here, let's see if we can cancel. The entire hotel needs an update, but there are other areas that are not as bad, but still dusty and outdated. At the desk we wanted to cancel, but could not because we had booked through Expedia. When I got on the Expedia website, it would not let us cancel because the check-in time had expired. Now we were stuck with 2 nights at this nightmare. I spoke with the front desk and they made sure that we would be in an area that would be less noisy and a little more private. The front desk staff were excellent. Next time I book a last-minute hotel, I will read the reviews first like I usually do. The people staying here is the problem. I checked out after the 1st night and lost over $100 because of no refund from the hotel or Expedia.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bedspread, everything on the bed was clean and bright and white. A standard breakfast is offered and the pool is HUGE. Staff was very helpful and personable going out of their way to accommodate every guest. Room was adequately stocked with towels and even Dove hygiene products which was even nicer than some high end hotels I’ve stayed in. The fitness center was awesome and it had a lot of equipment. I would definitely recommend to friends and just anyone that needs a good and budget friendly place to stay. It’s a hidden gem among a bunch of hotels. This is my new go to hotel for sure.

Carpet in hallways need cleaned, alot of stains. Our bathroom floor needed swept, but room was clean. Breakfast is a disaster. Microwave was disgusting and I would not use. No attendant, food was slim pickins', and whoever came after 8am , left hungary. ALL gone. Coffee was so black and strong I spit ot out.Very poor advertising of free breakfast. Gross! When turning keys in nobody could be found, left on counter. I stayed here about 10 yrs ago and it was very nice. What happened? Next trip to Cleveland I' ll stay at a hotel on Quarry Lane- down the street.

An aging property with quirks, but still nice..
Only stayed one night while traveling through (paid more than I wanted but it was Eclipse weekend so there's that). The room was comfortable but the furnishings were showing their age. Accessibility is the biggest challenge. There is NO standard parking anywhere near the main entrance (only accessible parking), yet the main entrance is the ONLY entrance that provides access to the elevators to get to your room (mine was on the 4th floor)! The entrance closest to the standard parking area requires you to traverse stairs (either down to the lobby to access the elevator or up to your room - a bit challenging when dealing with 2 roller bags).

The room was updated and comfortable, there was peeling paint in the bathroom, but it was clean. The rest of the hotel was outdated with an unpleasant odor in the hallways. The breakfast was minimal - some pop-tarts, prepackaged muffins, small boxes of cereal, coffee - went from 6:30-9:30 and when we went at 8:45, there was barely any food left.
