This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hallways were dark and all the floors in the hotel are dirty. Ceiling tiles falling down and ceiling tiles with leaks everywhere. The pool was not clean and there was broken glass in the pool, hot tub was empty and out of order and they didn’t even bother to clean it out it was nasty. I booked a double room with two king beds and was told they didn’t have such a thing. When I book a double room that means two rooms I thought? Parking lot was dark. And you have to walk a mile to your vehicle. Wife got locked in the bathroom and the full size wall mirror was off the wall and leaning on the coffee table. Will not be booking anymore stays with Orbitz again! Boogers on the ceiling mold on the shower curtain.

Very dirty hallway , wasn’t told pool was closed , one bed didn’t have a blanket , part of wall was unglued , room had other persons hair, coffee is gross , can’t get just a margarita at the food place attached , garbage all around outside. Front desk lady was very nice .

The room smelled moldy, and the bathroom was not very clean. The keys did not work well, and we had to re-set them. I asked the desk for some supplies that were not in the room (things for the coffee maker), and he promised to bring them to us. He never showed. Two of the three luggage carts were broken and unusable as was one of the two elevators. For what I paid, I am absolutely not impressed.

When we arrived at the hotel the systems were down and had to wait to check in. Liz was nice enough to let us in our room before paying. The bathroom sink was leaking and the tub was nasty. The next morning housekeeping entered our room while we were sleeping at 9:50 but check out was at 11 I thought that was very unprofessional and an invasion of my privacy.

Worst hotel stay ever

Here is a list of things that went wrong during my 2 night stay. - [ ] Didn’t empty trash - [ ] Toilet not connected to floor securely - [ ] Bathtub silver thing hanging out - [ ] Customer service lacking. Requested towels twice before receiving - [ ] 2nd room had floaters on tub drain with standing water - [ ] No phone - [ ] No radio - [ ] Needed a new key to my room 3 times because it was deactivate. It wasn’t next to any other card - [ ] The African American girl in afternoon/evening rude and unprofessional - [ ] Elevator stopped working until 4:00pm - [ ] Jacuzzi closed - [ ] Pool didn’t open until 4:00 and still closed at 9:00. Mgmt refused to leave it open longer - [ ] Transients eating breakfast with guests and bothering myself and my guest - [ ] Breakfast was trash - [ ] 2nd room key didn’t work upon trying had to go back to have it activated - [ ] Unprofessionally chewing gum while waiting on guests - [ ] No remote for the Tv - [ ] Only one trash can

Terrible stay. Keys to the door wouldn’t work. Had to go to the front desk 3 times and finally someone came back to open the door with a master key. Never gave us a replacement. Stepped on a crack pipe in the hall. Next morning work up to ants on the desk and in the bed.

Property was very rundown. Parking was inconvenient and poorly lit. This gave a very unsafe feeling. It appeared that people actually live on property as opposed to traveling guests. Staff was initially friendly at check in. Room was clean but again rundown. My biggest issue was at 9:30 in the morning on check out day a staff member tried to come in the room unannounced. Check out was not until 11:00 am. Once they left the phone calls began. Approximately every 15 minutes the front desk called to remind me that check was at 11:00. At this point I was beyond irritated. I travel to the Cleveland area very often. Usually a couple times a month. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. It is not at all worth the money I spent for that one night. If you are traveling to the Cleveland area avoid this hotel at al cost. You would be better off and safer at a rest stop sleeping in your car.

I like the restaurant was connected, I was there for a Family Reunion my room was not satisfactory their was mold in bathroom, bedding was not clean, coffee maker didnt work, no refrigerator, toilet was not clean and wobbled. Staff was not able to accommodate due to lack of clean rooms.
