I wanted the 1st floor because of a leg injury and I didn’t get it. The volume on my TV couldn’t be adjusted because the TV nor remote wouldn’t work so I literally watched TV with CC the entire stay. Heater made noise that woke me up out of my sleep, I had to get a new key everyday, which was annoying.

Very courteous and kind front desk service. The room was a nice size. Lights over the beds or on the wall didn’t work. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a small coffee pot but the Starbucks was around the corner. No room service to replace washcloths but was only there 2 nights.
