Had issues with check in, first room someone was still in, second room was dirty, they were very apologetic and walked me through 2 freshly cleaned rooms , cleaning could be way way better however , last room was the best out of all of them , and could use some remodeling in a few and around property

Don't stay here!!

We were in Cleveland for a concert so only staying 1 nite. After we got back from the concert at midnight it was shower time. Long story short only 1 person took a shower because the shower would not drain. We waited but it was getting late and we fell asleep. I got up at 3 to use the bathroom. A lot of crawly critters in there and the toilet wouldn't flush. 10 the next morning there was still 3-4 inches of water. There was also several older men just hanging around the area that gave my girls and I the creeps.

The room smelled like smoke, the carpet was disgusting in the room and there are all kinds of sketch people hanging around the building with no security. I did not feel safe at all traveling alone.

Fine for what it was I guess. Wouldn't stay again.

Check-in was at 3p. Our room wasn't even ready until 6p. Dirty and the bathroom wall was coming apart and the toilet wouldn't flush until you flushed it 3 times.
