Room was ok! Dirty under pull out bed! Other areas clean. The room accommodated my family of five! Could’ve fit 6! Hallway smelled on first floor! Breakfast was to be expected buffet style. The made to order omelets were a nice touch. Also offered late checkout which was great!

The overall environment is nice

excellent

First things I would like to say that check in was a breeze….but when I got to the room I slowly started noticing thing right away. Stains everywhere, there was a big bag of stinky trash right outside my door. Beware you have to reserve the swimming pool and can only go once a day for 45 minutes. They overbooked the hotel, there were no clean towels. I was told twice that towels would be brought to me and they never did. I found other peoples belongings in my room so that mean the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Couldn’t find the ice machine and then when I did find it, it did not work. Dirty pillow cases, stains on the floor and carpet. Pull out couch had chips and crumbs in it. The garbage cans in the halls were always full, there was trash in corners in the halls. The only thing that I really enjoy was Carol at the bar. I stoped by for a second and she really turned my evening around. She was very kind and made my mother in law and I feel welcome. Overall I’m so glad my stay was over. I wanted to leave the first night but didn’t want to loose out on my money.

This is a true efficiency hotel. There is no maid service. Our trash cans were full the entire trip. The room came with two towels for five people and no bedding for pull out couch. We were constantly fetching basics from the front desk (like the towels and even an ice bucket.) Soiled towels were never replaced or bathroom surfaces wiped down. There was no do not disturb sign or basic hotel booklets, etc. There was no hair dryer. The breakfast was minimal and for 3 out of the 4 days did not offer cold cereal (a staple for young kids). (One day even just catered to a visiting health organization and offered rice pilaf, salad, and green misc bars for breakfast but no eggs and pancakes for families)…. Pluses: As we stayed for four week nights, we did not encounter any noise problems. The food service people were very friendly and tried to help our family as best they could (fetching bulk cereal from the back one morning). We had stayed here about six years ago and enjoyed our stay. We will be staying somewhere else our next trip.

Nice staff. Accommodating

due to covid restrictions pool use is greatly reduced..... rest of hotel was very good.....

I stayed 12/9-12/10 There is no free parking at the hotel as advertised on the website. Its $10 for an overnight stay. The hotel manager ( older guy with a vest) walked in on me while I was getting out of the shower at 10:05 am. Why is he coming into my hotel room??? I didn’t call for anything. Checkout is at 11. He knocked , I called out That im the bathroom. He knocked again and just walked in. I grabbed a towel to cover up when he walked through the living room area. He did not give me an explanation why he was there. Turned around and left. So unprofessional, he shouldn’t just be walking in whenever he feels like it! That’s just wrong. Especially before check out ! Besides that incident the room and hotel was clean.

Other people that were staying were not good. Loud, rude.

It was overly crowded. No available parking and many had to park on the street. Lots of children’s birthday parties. Lack of supervision at the pool, so we were unable to go to the pool safely.

The bathroom was very dirty ( ? blood stains on the floor). The facility is under renovation ( that is not posted in the add). There is a lot of dust and dirt.

Property was totally under construction and I wasn't warned of this before reserving. The rate was the same as it would have been for this hotel in perfect shape but the atrium was totally covered and under construction, the road getting into the hotel was completely torn up under construction, and there was a little league hockey tournament staying there so there were kids running the halls every evening. I've stayed here twice before and LOVED it. This one was very disappointing because it's always been my 1st choice in Cleveland. Guess I'll have to look for another place next time :(

Under construction. Staff made promises and didn’t follow thru. Dirty

It’s under construction so it’s a little disorganized

Garbage I swear I wouldn’t stay if you paid me. The only thing staff does is keep apologizing they know they suck at life. The construction wakes u up at 8 am. You order 2 doubles they give u a kind and say sorry. Wife 2 kids and myself had to sleep in 1 bed. Hands down worst hotel I’ve been in. I’ve traveled the world Middle East Europe South America Central America hands down worst hotel.

It was great I just didn’t like all the construction but it’s understandable.
