Very nice and comfortable. Neighbors a lil noisy but calmed down after late night.

I enjoyed the hotel and staff. The location was good as well. Approximately 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland.

The room was dirty and far from appealing. We were disappointed with the stay over all!

Always enjoy staff and stay.....................................................................................................................................................................

Centrally located to where we needed to be. Pool for the kids. Place to eat on site. Many families and sports teams were there during our stay Live band in the evening at the bar.

Room was great. Very clean. Staff was friendly and the club was really fun and I would definitely come back.

Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Was upgraded to the Executive level at no charge because of several large groups staying there. It was an above average stay.

I like it. No problem getting a reservation, or with late check in. Rewards members get a free hot breakfast buffet. Right off 77, perfect for getting into Cleveland and on the way to Akron/Canton airport. Lots of food options in walking distance. Hotel has a bar with live music and there's always some life there.

We stopped here before we went to visit the Rock n Roll Hall of fame. It is a very large but quiet hotel. We went across the street to eat and over all had a good experience.

Hi, upon checking in...I was a little worried because there is a bar/night club in the lobby. It was loud and was a complete party. I asked the front desk if that loud noise would travel to my room. They said no. We ended up on the 5th floor where the room was nice and all I could hear was raindrops. So I was pretty pleased and would actually come back. Maybe next time I'll bring some party clothes too. Oh, and the housekeepers did not pound on the door like most hotels. It was a nice friendly knock.

Experience was good. Would recommend to other travelers. Only problem was my webb provider not the hotel. I don;t understand a second charge from them for $2.00. Its not a lot but what is it for?

The quality of the hotel was excellent; the room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the banquet hall my group used was spacious and well-maintained. My only issues were with the location of the hotel. It was difficult to walk to get to restaurants, etc. nearby and with my tight schedule, this was severely problematic. Still, I would recommend the hotel gladly.

good location! it is easy to find. great for the price.

We came here for a wedding. The staff set up a shuttle service to the reception hall at the last minute, which was really helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the flat screen TV was pretty awesome. Awesome location. However the bathroom was very small and the toilet did not look clean. The shower backed up and definitely needed some attention. Also, no breakfast?? really? I paid $115/night and had to pay for a breakfast...pretty sad really! Overall good experience...

the front desk staff was ok< but the housekeeping staff waqs very nice

The hotel was pleasant. The rooms were adequately attractive and quiet even though there was a large Convention. Beds were good for sleeping. Clean is important to us and it passed that test for us. Personnel at the desk and in other locations were friendly. The Manager on Duty was very helpful. The only improvement noted by my wife and I were that the breakfast was a little pricey for what was offered. However, the food was good and the waitress very friendly and helpful. Maybe a little larger selection of food would have been appropriate.

I had an overall good time. The pool was filled with kids from one end to the other which I was kind of disapointed but the Bar/Club/Lounge was very fun!! The band was excellent and the people were a happy and energetic crowd!

We were there for a regional wrestling tournament. There were way too many small children. We were unable to use the pool due to this crowding conditions and this was at 9:30 PM. There was no whirlpool which was a disappointment. The exercise facility was too small for the size of the quest registry and was located within the pool compound. The children ran rampant through the halls until late hours. I went to relax and enjoy myself, neither of which happened at the hotel.

The stay was fine except upon arriving the female staff was asked about a cart so that we could bring in our luggage. This front desk female was kind of flippant with her answer and we did not find a cart. In addition, there was supposed to be a breakast for 2- person and she said it was only for one and gave some flimsy reason that its particapting hotels, but this is not listed anywhere in rules or restrictions. Tired and iritated I did press at that time that my paperwork states for 2-person. The next morning I called guest services and it was for breakfast 2 persons. This female needs to be Re-trained she represents the first impression of the hotel as the front desk staff. A friendly cooperative attitude by that female staffer would have left a better impression with our family. Other than that Holiday Inn has improved very much from back in the days. I don't stay under a 3 star hotels so this was an ok surprise.

The location was perfect for getting family to an early morning train in Cleveland. Lots of great places to eat nearby, with good room service and dining room/bar. The pool was really crowded, but the hotel was full with a conference going on. I thought the Lounge provided to the Holiday Inn Priority Club members could have been better stocked/cleaned. All in all, a good place to stay.
