Just as a reminder, this is no ordinary hotel - it's an extended stay hotel, so most of the client are long stay. Our room with kitchenette is spacious, in excellent condition, if only it comes with basic supplies. Plenty of spaces, however, it feels that it hasn't been cleaned for awhile - I have to borrow broom and dustpan to brush the floor. The breakfast is very limited, and they almost gone by 7am. Unlike the normal hotel, we didn't get coffeemaker and coffee in our room, and neither shampoo. I have to pick the coffeemaker and coffee from the reception. When I asked for shampoo, the reception said that they don't provide shampoo - must have missed the memo.

Staff was friendly but check-in was confusing. We had to redo the sign in three times. The initial room we were assigned was occupied when we entered it. Elevator smelled smoky. Room was clean. Only one hand towel provided.

The room was not available until over an hour past check-in time. The floors in the rooms were not clean - our socks/feet became black due to this. The hotel smelled of cigarettes despite being non-smoking. Additionally, we were planning to stay with other members of our family but the hotel cancelled their reservation after 3pm on check in day because they accidentally overbooked. We will not stay here again.

Free breakfast was misleading. Muffins no lids for coffe heard a guy say its been weeks. My room the above light wasnt working didnt know that until Saturday morning had to use my flashlite to see. Went to desk and were very nice but wasn't sure if maintenance was working on weekend. I was like my daughter is getting married today i need to do her hair and makeup. Well thank god the guy showed up and fixt it. Would i stay there again no. But again the front desk workers were awesome.

Front desk service was not great, poor customer service and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Was also charged over $100 more than what was listed online. The room itself provided the absolute bare minimum. Bed sheets and floor were dirty. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was decent, the bed & room was nice, but the bed was like sleeping on bricks it was so hard & uncomfortable.Pillows had no fluff at all..You would need at least 6 of those to be comfortable when sleeping.. Toilet was so low it was like sitting on a toddler potty..Elevators were filthy..

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. We were placed on the 6th floor which smelled awful. There were dirty towels and toilet plungers in the hallway. It reeked of cigarettes. We had a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The site we booked through said Queen beds, but these were double. The most of the power outlets didn’t work or they sparked when you tried to plug something in. The lights for the sink didn't work. There was trash hidden under the mattress (string cheese and cracker wrappers). We checked in late and were checking out early so didn’t say anything. As an extended stay- would have definitely complained if we were staying more than the one night.

They had NOTHING for breakfast except coffee (with some doubtable and insoluble creamer)!!! Moreover, when we didn’t have any towels. I had to go down 4 floors to personally pick them up. One day they had some muffins (yes ONLY MUFFINS) in their breakfast option. SMH I’m never coming back here ever again!
