Just as a reminder, this is no ordinary hotel - it's an extended stay hotel, so most of the client are long stay. Our room with kitchenette is spacious, in excellent condition, if only it comes with basic supplies. Plenty of spaces, however, it feels that it hasn't been cleaned for awhile - I have to borrow broom and dustpan to brush the floor. The breakfast is very limited, and they almost gone by 7am. Unlike the normal hotel, we didn't get coffeemaker and coffee in our room, and neither shampoo. I have to pick the coffeemaker and coffee from the reception. When I asked for shampoo, the reception said that they don't provide shampoo - must have missed the memo.

Only 1 out of 2 elevator was working and they never bother to fix it. Breakfast coffee was disgusting, only cereal bars. Fire alarm went off at 1 am and happens more frequent than people think. Room is just not clean, squeaky floor. Some kind of brown stain on my curtains. Room smells. The surrounding environment was nice. I would stay at the hotel next door…

Hotel was average at best. The “continental breakfast” was a joke including instructions to be sure you leave enough for other guests. Would not recommend nor would I stay there again.

Friendly staff and very clean.

Disgusting!

Upon arrival, the smell of recreation was noticeable outside. The smell was 10x stronger inside. As we were checking in, the number of people that walked by that were either extremely impaired or wearing half of their clothing was alarming. The room smelled, sticky floors and I lightly slept fully clothed!

We got a room with a pull out couch for a second bed for our kids and they didn’t have extra blankets, pillows, sheets or anything available for the bed. So our kids had to sleep in the bed with us. 4 people in a bed when you pay for the pull out couch is insane. There was also a wall in the bathroom that the paint was chipping on, not a huge deal just something we noticed.

Grounds were filthy littered with cigarette butts and trash. No one cleaned outside the 4 days we were there. Room was dusty. . Asked for a coffee maker. Was given one covered wirh dust and it was dirty. Not enough tp or towels for 2. We had to ask for them. No remote in the room. We had to ask for it. Staff..... 5 star friendliness. Big Screwup from Hotels.com

You should know that this stay never happened right? I was almost at my hotel after a 7 hour drive and I received a text from the hotel stating that my confirmed booking was cancelled. They blamed hotels.com for not booking it properly because of overbooking. The weekend in Cleveland was horrendous because I had to stay at the Ramada hotel in the same area due to no hotel having the correct number of beds that I needed. So instead of staying in a nice hotel and room at the Extended Stay America, I had to stay at a hotel that was reminiscent of a jail. It smelled of musty carpets and marijuana. Hotels.com needs to rectify this issue and make this up to me being a loyal member for years. Hope you could step up and fix this.
