The room was middling, the sink leaked, restaurant is not open. The traffic go get out is really bad.Staff were not helpful and verged on being rude. The breakfast was good. There simply are better places to stay.

Room was not ready at 330p when we arrived because they were dealing with a sold out hotel and lack of cleaning services. They couldn’t give us a timeframe when the hotel would be ready therefore all the females in every party trying to check in at that time had to change and get ready for a concert in a lobby bathroom that was 90degrees. Complete lack of management at this location.

The original room that was assigned to us reeked smoke. I was informed that the hotel was a smoke-free room but it was definitely not. The front desk attendant was courteous to put us in another room which was on the 5th floor but the elevator that’s closest to the room took super long.

Don’t waste your money

Check In experience was awful. Over 30 people waiting for their rooms to be ready still at 3pm (advertised check in time) with no organized way to assign them when they actually became ready. We stayed Fri/Sat and they were having the same issue on Sat. The rooms had an awful, musty smell. The A/C was not working and kept shutting off. The shower handle was broke so couldn’t get the water on the right temp. And to top it off the employees were so rude! On Sat I asked a worker who was cleaning rooms if I could simply swap out my dirty towels for clean ones and without saying a word, handed me 2 bath towels and went back to what she was doing - No clean wash rags, or anything. We felt like we were an inconvenience just staying at the hotel! Never again.

The lobby, hallways, breakfast area and elevators were extremely hot. And the elevators seemed unsafe. There weren't any luggage carts available at any point in my stay
