Booked this hotel because on line was advertised as having shuttle service to hotel. After checking in and even scheduling our pick up time for shuttle a staff member came to our room to tell us they no longer have shuttle service to airport!!! We would have never booked a room here if we would have known!! Website still has ohare shuttle service listed!! So we still had to drive to airport and pay to park there! Totally defeating the purpose of booking this room!! And on top of that the room smelled like a old dirty ashtray!!!
Horrible!! noisy with poor wall insulation ! Front desk extremely rude! We were a family with one child and we had to carry our luggage 4 bags up the stairs with no elevator or ramp.

The property was in a good location. The cleanliness of the roo could have been better. The bathroom was not clean.
Room was very dated and in need of new bedding and drapes. The drapes in our room were ripped.
