great for short stays with shuttle to the slopes close by breakfast options not as good as in years past but the coffee is decent
If you booked the rabbit ears you already understand this isn’t the Ritz. The staff is awesome the location is amazing, the accommodations are meh. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I will say, the one thing that irked me was the EV charging was spendy, especially when steamboat let’s you charge for free a 7 min walk away. The charger as a service to guests while charging for others makes a lot of sense.

The Rabbit Ears Inn is definitely iconic, but the rooms are very small and outdated. Location in town by the hot springs and river trail are good.

The rooms need some updates and additional cleaning was needed but overall, we were pleased with the room and you cannot beat this location. The front desk staff was wonderful!
It was the perfect location. Across the street from a hot springs pool. Basically right at the end of the downtown shops and restaurants. Perfect for walking all the shops and ending up right back at the hotel. Older for sure, but well kept and clean. Very friendly at the desk. Plus they had discount tickets for the hot springs. Only $15 instead of $27 regular price! Breakfast was a little weak compared to others so we just walked to a cafe.

Liked the location next to the Yampa River and walking distance to downtown and the Old Town Hot Springs. The mattress was not comfortable and we didnt sleep well.
