Room was clean. Decor was unusual. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were flat. Room had a slight odor.

The place is funky which would be fine, except for the musty smell of the room. I stayed two nights and the smell either dissipated after I ran the heater/fan or I got used to it. The next worst thing...the heat unit was very loud, and I needed to run it due to unseasonable cold in the region. Everything was clean enough, but nobody serviced the room or brought clean towels for my second night. The breakfast was bagels and cereal. I would recommend they forget the breakfast and reduce room rate accordingly. The woman who checked me in was efficient, but the man was grouchy with me when my room key wouldn't work. The place is very handy for people biking the CO Towpath.

I mistakenly booked this for my daughter and husband and return trip for overnight. I figured since it was part of a chain it should be OK. WRONG-O!!! They were afraid someone was going to break in thru the window. It was in the middle of nowhere and smelled. They were only there for about 8 hours. The Indian owners couldn't even issue them a key to their room. This is the definition of NO TELL MOTEL. Do not take this place even for cheap. VERY DISGUSTING!! An experience NOT to be relived!!! They wanted to leave but desperately need some sleep for a safe drive home.

We arrived around 10:00 PM and just prior to taking our luggage into the room noticed two deer frolicking on the motel lawn. The room was nice and the bed was as comfortable a bed as I've slept on (also my wife's opinion).

The America's Best Value Inn was located is a very senic area. The room seemed very adequate, however the bathroom was a bit small, esp. where the sink & toilet meet. There seemed adequate area for suitcases and laptop. I was very pleased with the fact that the Potomoc River bridge was just a short walk down the drive. The beds were not the most comfortable I've been in before, but that did not impede my sleep. Again the continental breakfast was adequite. An overall good value for the economy minded!
