The Pod Time Square is very nice. The hotel lobby was very clean, staff was super friendly and answered any questions. The room was smaller than I was expecting, but it was very nice. It was very clean, modern, up to date with plugins for multiple electronics. I loved the Pod and will stay there ...
While the hotel was nice please watch the additional fees they charge. I chose this hotel due to the price being the lowest in the area for that evening, however Orbitz did not include the "Resort Fee" in the cost of the hotel. This increases the cost by 34.43 per night which brings them above the ...
It was a last minute business trip, so prices were high. Hotel Penn was under cutting the competition significantly, and I figured I'd only ever be there a few hours a night given my work schedule, but still a very disappointing experience. It took nearly as long waiting in line to check in as it ...
The hotel is located right near Grand Central and a host of other pubs, bars, restaurants, etc. The location is amazing, and makes the hotel worth going to. The rooms were clean, we had no issues with hot water or WiFi. My issues with the stay were as follows: 1. The rooms are outdated and only have ...
We attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt and found the accommodations very nice. The room feels like a small suite. The king size bed was very comfortable. The television was large with a good channel selection. The bathroom was quite small and difficult for two to navigate. The shower was good ...
a friend of mine recommended this to me as I hit Midtown on business fairly frequently and always looking for good place to stay. arrived early PM and was able to get into room right away which was a big plus. room is was nice and clean and fairly modern for a hotel that has been around for some ...
Stayed 3 nights, it became my home. Front desk clerks, doormen and the concierge did much to make things easy. I would definitely stay here again!
overall a great experience... room clean great welcoming staff
Very good location; and generally good hotel in terms of cleanliness and decor. Was a bit slow to bring a refrigerator (said it would be 10-15 minutes, but took almost an hour). In addition, the hotel tacks on $29+tax per night for a facility fee -- or about $34/night -- which adds to the already expensive NYC rates. That fee is in addition to the Orbitz pre-paid room rate.
Landed late after an 11 hour flight. Bar was open until 1 am, food was available, and the room was great. Shuttle service was prompt and the driver and all staff extremely courteous.
