"Every hotel I've stayed at in NYC has no hooks to hang wet towels. Is this a NYC thing? The hotel is great and is situated a block from Times Square. Very quiet except the window a/c was squeaking on and off all night. I used ear plugs to fix the issue. Also bring a power bar or six outlet plug adapter for plugging in all of your chargers/ devices. We had a mini fridge in our room that was a fantastic unexpected sight. Check in was very smooth and QUICK! Friendly staff made our experience perfect! "

"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."
