Came a bit early in the afternoon but didn’t need the room until late evening. The lady manager cheerfully stopped what she was doing, checked me in, gave me my room key for later. As an early arriving guest I could not be treated better than I was. Thank You
We were in the area visiting. Room mates from years gone by getting together after too many years had elapsed. Needed a place for a couple of nights. The Inn was perfect. My wife and I got a great nights sleep and were just a few minutes from our friends place. While it might not have been totally due to the Inn, the weather was in the 60s-70s in mid August. A wonderful weekend. NW Wisc. puts on a great show!! Thanks; PatS
We are tired from our trip then the front desk lady is so rude and unfriendly. Then when we come in the room the toilet is filthy and a wash cloth was hanging over the shower. I am a housekeeping staff from a 5 star hotel years aho so i know how cleanliness and being friendly to our guest. Hope this will be taken care of by the owner of the property. I took picture how the toilet looks like.
Pleasant place to stay in Grantsburg. Checkin was efficient and rooms were nice.
The property had family rooms which were very unique and more economical than purchasing two rooms. Nice feature.
Quiet, clean, and prompt—set back away from road, tv, fridge, Wi-Fi—large area to walk dogs in right by property.
We ended up driving back home, advertising pictures look much better than they actually were! Needs updating & bathroom supplies need to be up a notch! White towels aren’t white! Very disappointed! I wish I could have gotten my money back!!!! I would not recommend!
Comfortable hotel with free wifi, flat screen TV with HDMI ports, newer comfortable beds and newer air conditioning/heat units for individual room. Mini fridge and microwave were great for making a quick breakfast. We will be back!
We arrived early (2:00 check in is at 3). No front desk staff, hand written note on counter check in at 3:00 pick up phone by door if need help. Staff was helpful and friendly at check in at 3. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Quiet rooms even though hotel appeared full we barely knew there were other guests. No breakfast in a.m. or amenities in office other than free water. Room had microwave and refrigerator and although basic, everything was in good working order. It's a basic no frills older hotel so if your looking for something newer or 4 star this is not your hotel. It is however a good place for an overnight stop, quiet, clean and comfortable.
Room was very nice, clean and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful in finding transportation and information.
Trip: motel is under renovation. It will excellent when it is done Excellent staff,friendly.will help you when you need something.The price you gave me. was not the price of the motel.
