We stayed in the handicap room and when we took a shower the bathroom floor was full of water. We had to mop it up with the all the towels. The sheets didn't fit the bed.
It was pretty standard, not too fancy, not gross either. The only complaint was the proximity to the highway with noisy semi trucks stopping and going right out side all night long. If you stay here, get a room facing the other way and you'll be much happier.

I really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn. The staff was very helpful. I had no complaints about my room, where I parked my car or Checking in or out. I will stay there the next time I am in Garden City, Kansas.

The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was polite and helpful. However, the walls were paper thin and we could hear people in other rooms all night. The beds and pillows were really lumpy and uncomfortable. We did not get much sleep. For the price we were disappointed with the lack of comfort.
Clean,extremely comfy,quiet,no limit on check in times with credit card use,wonderful breakfast, very up to date. Didn't get to use pool for lack of time on our part,but it looked very well kept. In a nice part of town,near lots of shopping and food choices. Very reasonable prices compared to more expensive hotels that didnnt seem as nice. Wonderful experience overall! Will definately stay again!
Hotel was new and very clean, hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone ever staying or passing thru garden city! It was great, especially for the price. The receptionist even called me asking me how my stay was and if she could do anything else to accomodate me :)
Our room was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very good. In all, we will stay in Hampton Inns where available.

Thank you for your feedback. The roll in shower is made for a wheelchair or someone who is handicapped to use the bench with assistance. We have let the maintenance team know to look into this issue. We strive to make you stay with us an exceptional one.
