PLACE WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN, GOOD BEDS, FRIENDLY STAFF. CAN'T ASK FOR MUCH MORE OTHER THAN TO UPGRADE THE TELEVISION.
Room was very clean upon first look. I did find some live bugs in the bathroom. Looked more water bug than roaches, but I'm no entomologist. Either way, it was off putting from a rather clean room with recent updates. Lighting was good. Outlets were plentiful. Fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast was actually better than expected. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, juices etc. A true continental breakfast . Beds were fine and besides the bathroom bugs everything was nice and clean.
If you're simply looking for a relatively clean room and a shower, you won't be disappointed. If you're expectation is any higher, this may not be the place for you. In a tiny SW Kansas town, oddly enough there is no shortage of quality motels for your stay at, and this location is surrounded by several nice facilities within a 5 minute car ride. On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the highest score) for moderately priced facilities, I'd give this facility a 5.

I didn't need much beyond bed and shower. The plumbing was just weird in the shower/toilet. I also found the electrical outlet in the vanity area poor. One plug worked and the other did not. It made it difficult to operate blow dryer, curling iron, etc.
