The property was nice overall. Upon check-in there is a fee for parking. After that they send you to another desk which tries to upsell a timeshare. They were pushy and told multiple times no. Push to get you to take a meeting for 90 minutes. Did not do it but spent 15 minutes saying no before I got my hotel keys. Other than that the property was nice. The room was a very good size. With a 1 king bed had a view over the pool. 2 full bathrooms in the room and a full kitchen as well. Had a sofa bed too but didn’t need or use that. Supermarket right next door which was nice for getting things. Over all a nice place. Getting to the main entrance was a little tricky as GPS took you to a side gate you could not get into without a key card. Make sure you pull into the hotel/resort area. Otherwise it is big with houses and villas so could be a little confusing if you are not paying attention. Overall got it at a decent price.

Our room was awesome! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom and 2 bath which was very spacious. Rooms were very clean. We didn’t get time to enjoy the pool or arcade area - but did view it and it looked very nice, clean and spacious area. Would definitely go back if in that area again.

Overall the resort was beautiful and offered a bunch of amenities but there were some bumps in the road. 1) there was a cockroach in our room 2) lunch/bar doesn’t open until noon 3) our whole stay there were teens in our hall yelling/blasting music into the early morning hours and nothing was done about it 4) when checking in we learned that we had to pay for parking per day in addition to the room price.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the property is outdated, elevators don't work properly and they assigned me to an area of their property far away from the lobby i had to take a golf cart, when I asked one of their employees for a ride he said no, that he had things to do. I ended up cancelling my two remaining nights and got a refund from Expedia, thank you to your customer service.

We went for our family vacation party of three. We just didn’t like how Expedia shows pictures of the hotel, but does not tell you that there’s three different hotels on the same property but nonetheless, the one we ended up with the spa was very comfortable and cleanly will definitely stay again. We also like that they had sister locations that were on the beach that you could use their beach, chairs and umbrellas. The only part that I did not like was when I went downstairs to the front desk at the main hotel. And I asked them how come we were not giving a room at the hotel that was listed on Expedia the front desk woman had an attitude and was very snotty and said “ this is a resort it doesn’t matter which hotel you end up in you have access to all of the amenities” and I was like OK, but that’s not what your advertising on Expedia and basically they push the blame on Expedia.
