Fabulous staff! Room was roomy and very clean. The amenities like soap and shampoo are bare mi nimbus but sufficient The pillows were fabulous but the beds were WAY too soft. What a great ambiance -just a great feel with the pool, live music and bar. It is a great location would definitely recommend!! Look forward to returning!

Positive experience. Great location. Nice restaurant and bar

The staff was nice and the location was great but the place is dated by 30 years. 2 out of 2 elevators were broken so we had to take the stairs which is understandable, but again the place is so dated from the plumbing fixtures to the light fixtures everything is from the 1970s.

The staff was friendly and it definitely had that beachy kind of vibe. The first sign of trouble was the tiny parking lot which serves the hotel and its two restaurants. They mentioned that they were at capacity, and said they would cover municipal parking until the lot opened up. that was fair, but luckily got a spot after a little wait. The room was quaint, but definitely dated. Bed was comfy and we could watch the band from our balcony. Noise can be an issue as they play till 10. The gripe I have is that there was no hot water for nearly the entire weekend. The first night we mentioned it, they apologized. At check-out, they asked about our stay, and we brought up the hot water issue again, they said they could of moved us. Would have been nice to know 4 cold showers ago. If you are young and like the bar scene, and don’t care about hot showers, this is the place for you.

Great staff. Everyone friendly and accommodating. Just what we needed.

This hotel could be so much more. Hotel is outdated. The bed in the room was terrible. There was long black hair in the tub and in the sink in the bathroom. We were yelled at for taking more than one bucket of ice. We were told they needed ice for the restaurants and bars. We stayed there 2 nights and used 3 buckets of ice. I do not see this as excessive. On a good note, the views are beautiful and the food was good.

The Sand Harbor is place for active lifestyle vacationers of any age. First Class marina, pool with full food service and live music on the weekends, outstanding upscale food at the Rusty Hook Tavern, and even more upscale dining at Sunset Catch with eclectic interior and stunning patio views. Dive shop on site for instruction or trips. Glass bottom tours right from the hotel. There is nothing super fancy about the hotel, but it is clean as a pin, the staff is friendly and helpful and I felt like I got my money's worth and them some.

Great view, friendly staff, accommodating, and great food. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Sands Harbor Resort and Marina was pleasing. The hotel has a classic Florida style feel to it which I loved. The location and some of the views were great. Unfortunately our stay was short and we were not able to take advantage of a lot of their amenities they have to offer but was still an enjoyable stay. Would come back to visit again :)

the staff was very welcoming and room was excellent. the small deck with views was excellent. no a large condo like old fl. the breaskfast was fruit, oatmeal, muffins but was good. the only thing was really no place to relax by pool mostly boats and families coming in to eat. you can walk to ocean. I would stay again, but parking is very hard to find .

Very comfortable. Hotel is dated but clean. Beautiful views of the intercostal. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

Staff and food were amazing! Very relaxed environment with a beautiful marina and ocean view!

The hotel desk staff was not knowledgeable about breakfast spots, church services in area or transportation. Also did not provide area to print airline tickets. The only positive and helpful person was a lady named Judy at the front desk.

The hotel was old but well-kept. There was a constant humming sound you could hear when you're on the terrace, probably from the AC units of the attached building below. All terraces face the same way. Live bands just about every night. I came there for a vacation, not to party. The nightlife seemed like fun. Complimentary breakfast is the same every day. Cold water cooler with lemons was awesome, available all day.

Nice hotel for small group gatherings. Rooms were clean & spacious, hotel staff friendly, good food and bar service very attentive. Very enjoyable watching the boats cruise by and dock at marina. Pool clean and not crowded. Had an enjoyable time with close friends.

The pictures of the resort shown was exactly as it was. Very colorful and Floridian. Yes, it was in need of some updates but everything was clean and welcoming. The front staff gals were pleasant and helpful. We were up on the 7th floor with an incredible view of the ocean on one side and the boat harbor on the other. The restaurant was very yummy. We ate there 4 times!! lots of activities too. We will come back here again and again.

A/C was not functioning in my house....90 degrees....no way am I sleeping. My sister had stayed at the Sands Harbor last year & liked it. Checked via Trivago and got a great rate for a last minute reservation. Convenient location, nice setting & looking out at the intercostal....priceless!

The Entire Staff Was EXCELLENT, Proffesional Especially Ryan At The Front Desk, Great Location. Value For $$$ I Would Highly Recommend The Sands, Will Go Back Very Soon Myself Peter J McSweeney

The hotel is dated and the beds are very uncomfortable. But the room was clean. They have not upgraded to the nicer linens and the pillows were terrible. We had an efficiency and as a result were stuck with a double bed. You have to go to the front desk and request a blow dryer and/or iron. Views from the rooms are wonderful and sitting on the intercoastal at the restaurant/bar is nice. @ $140/nite for a regular or $158 for efficiency, the hotel is adequate but is nothing to write home about.

Perfect for a relaxing, beautiful sunsets. Great food and music by the heated pool. Awesome service. Clean rooms with a balcony with awesome view. Going back in April! Will be our new vacation spot!
