This is a hotel you want to stay at! Pleasant staff, clean, convenient, worry free. Huge TV, great shampoo/conditioner and lotion products. Fantastic buffet! Location is super convenient!
Stayed when we attended a musical at the Orpheum. Parked in the ramp and walked to Hampton through the skywalk - super easy. Walked the skywalk to the theater - again, super easy. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful. They gave us a parking voucher, which was charged to our room and cheaper than paying the event pricing at the ramp. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

$50 check in early fee for 40 minutes is a little extreme. Especially on a sunday. Also, was told that their "parking fee" for the lot was $20, validated ticket. I still had to pay $5 additional to get out...

This hotel is not safe. The hotel gave us a key to another persons room, and they were in the bathroom. We felt so nervous while we stayed here, thinking someone could walk into our room or take our stuff while we were gone. Reached out for reimbursement or some form of compensation, but they refused. I feel so sorry for the person who was in the room we walked into. No trust for this company.
The hotel is nice and safe, but it’s not the same immediately outside.
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and we felt as though the room lacked - the shower was not very enjoyable to use and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Housekeeping didn’t come to restock towels or clean (we stayed 2 nights) and the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. It was not a quiet stay and that was our biggest complaint.
My stay was comfortable and lovely overall. I was able to walk to restaurants and other attractions easily. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was a great experience and would stay again. Breakfast was also a highlight!

The location is ideal...there is a large homeless population though...nice free breakfasts...very comfortable beds...staff is not that knowledgeable and has broken English except for Jacob, who is awesome, Uber friendly, understandable English and quite helpful!! Security is very good! I would stay there again...overall nice stay for a three star hotel.
