The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. The included hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
I always enjoy this hotel, but I stayed during a snowstorm and was not thrilled they didn't have anyone shoveling sidewalks, which made packing up and leaving during the storm very dangerous. Also, they were having issues with the electronic keys and I had to get new keys 3 times in 3 days. I will always stay at this hotel when I am in town though, it's beautiful, comfortable, has a lot of amenities, and the staff is great.
Need a close and clean hotel to spend the night while dropping off my son for college. The hotel was literally next door, very clean, and we enjoyed the pool. I plan to stay there whenever I visit my son!
