Welcome to Sapphire Bay, a serene lakeside retreat on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, TX. This stunning three-story home is just steps from the water and offers breathtaking lake views, making it the perfect setting to enjoy the great outdoors, whether you`re exploring the walking trails, boating, or fishing. Inside, you`ll find modern comforts across three levels, with a gourmet kitchen and great room on the second floor opening to a balcony with lake views.

The neighborhood is conveniently located 40 minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport, and just 17 miles east of downtown Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 30 and the President George Bush Turnpike. We had a wonderful weekend! The location was perfect! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, close drive to Dallas and Plano area. We were able to unwind in this lovley home overlooking the lake. The home was clean and cozy. We will be back for another stay next time we are in the Dallas area.

Such a lovely home. We had a nice stay. It was peaceful with great freeway access.We stayed only a couple of nights and wished we had more time to explore the area. The check-in process was super easy. The lake was amazing! People fish there in the mornings. The home was clean and everything you need is easy to find. It had 3 bedrooms. One on the first floor and 2 in the third floor. 2 rooms have a view of the lake. There are also 3 bathrooms and a convenient powder room on the main floor - 2nd floor. The kitchen was also well stocked with appliances and supplies all you have to do is to fill up the fridge :-) There is also a barbeque area by the patio on the first floor.Thank you Minh and Duy for your hospitality!

Beautiful house and location!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous lakefront house. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset over the lake. There are multiple balconies and places to sit outside. The house is large with plenty of room to spread out. My son enjoyed fishing with the pole they provided. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the extra touches that other houses lack. There is some construction in the surrounding area, which is newly developed, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. The area was quiet and felt safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended this house to others and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
