Clean room, friendly staff. Great value for the price.

Very apparent facilities had a recent refresh. Spotless, bright lighting in bathroom/vanity areas. Will definitely return next time we visit Six Flags.

As a lifelong contractor I’m confused about the conditions I saw. It seems that a remodel of the facility was started but came to an abrupt halt at some point. There are parts of the facility that are newish but seem worn or unmaintained. I had a large room that had clean linens and towels. The surfaces were generally clean. The bathroom vanity seemed relatively new but was supported by a couple of wood blocks almost like the installer was going to finish after lunch but never came back. All in all I’m satisfied with my stay.

Still in remodeling phase however for Navy Boot Camp graduation it definitely served the purpose

This property is actively being renovated. The rooms across from us had people working in them at 8 am. Our room was considered "finished", but was far from done. Paint all over the place. One sprinkler head was even still taped over. The room number were just painter's tape on the doors. The room looked nice overall, and I'd love to see it when it's actually done. It's one of the loudest hotels I've stayed in. It sounded like the people in the hall were in the room with you. Security was an issue, the door from the parking lot wasn't locked ever even though it had key card access. Our key cards stopped working on our room halfway through our stay. The most offputting thing to me was a $100 deposit that was required. There was no mention of this or the renovations anywhere that I saw when making the reservation. The pool was lovely. I am excited to see how this turns out, but was not a good experience this time.

Hotel was VERY clean and such a great value. Loved the pool/hot tub. Convenient location to everything. Safe place for families!

Priced right for an average night stay.

Room absolutely dirty. Ceiling tiles brown and falling. Walls in room had hair stuck on them. Tape on window at end of hallway. Would not recommend.

Everything was fine, only at entrance outside still leave a ledt over construction material, and carpet on halls need to be clean or change

It was very nasty, the staff was nasty the hallways smelled like dogs and the elevators, very old appliances in room, no smart tv! I will never stay there again!

I reserved 2 rooms and was told they would be close to each other. When i checked in the rooms were on different floors. The staff was able to get the rooms 4 doors apart but when i got to the one room the thermostat did not work. When i went to tell the staff about it they put us in a room next to the other room i reserved. That heating and cooling system would not stop running. So one minute it got too hot in the room and the next it would be too cold. I understand they were remodeling the hotel but make sure the rooms are ready for people to stay in.

Clean an quite

Was a pretty standard stay. The bed was comfortable and being able to use the pool was great. There were 2 staff working so you had to wait a while to get anything you needed or to check in. Was very close to Gurnee Mills and restraunts.

The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like that there were NO charging ports! I had to unplug the alarm clock so I could plug in my phone and had to alternate charging my phone, watch and earbuds

Overall was good. Breakfast area was very neglected at the busiest time which left it very dirty and unclean in every self service food area. Tables were not cleaned after use either. Hotel personnel were very pleasant and efficient in answering questions, check in and fulfilling requests.

Loved the indoor pool

My Stay wasn’t how I expected it to be when we first got into our hotel room the second lock on the door was broken couldn’t even lock our door at night for extra security. Plus took til next day to fix! when it rained there was no wet signs on the floor and my daughter slipped and fell and she was on crutches! the elevator door had no sensor That between my elderly grandparents and my daughter the door would try and shut on them and we try and push it open and the door would try force itself shut!!! I wasn’t too happy with my stay
