It was ok, clean, can use some upgrades. However the people they allow in hotel were loud, not wearing masks, guest's caused alot of traffic,of young 18year olds...hotel should have she limit at 21.
The staff was friendly and professional. My room was clean and the venue is safe.
I didnt like that the hotel was 10.rooms overbooked and no one caered ro inform me upon booking or before arriving. & .terrible customer service at the front desk
The staff was polite. The room itself was ok. There were some stains on the curtain and on one of the towels. Some of the tv stations were not working. Then there were random noises in the middle of the night. Loud enough to wake me.
Coffee maker refrigerator and microwave were all in my room, not expected.
This place was nasty. There was mold spots on wallpapper around back of toilet. Looked like a dead roach in corner of the baseboard by shower. The tub does not drain well so you are standing in your dirty soapy shower water. I would be ashamed to call it a Holiday inn Express.

Very comfortable, safe, and convenient.the people are very friendly and make you feel welcime.
Safe area, clean room, friendly staff, convenient to lots of stores. Room/bathroom could use some updating, but otherwise very comfortable!
We didn't like the Very noisy elevator. Definitely needs work on but everything was about the property was good.
Check in was easy and we received the room as we expected it!
Overall, a nice hotel. It would be nicer if the television had better selection of channels.
The lobby of the hotel is welcoming and the employees were cordial. When we got to our room however the moment we walked in, we could smell urine in the bathroom. The toilet was unstable and rocked back and forth and clearly there had been urine in the grout for sometime because the smell never went away. There was some kind of food splatter on the wall (or maybe worse) that was not cleaned off in between room changes. The shower sprayer was completely encased in crust and I felt dirty just standing under it as I showered. At least the bed was clean...I always check underneath the mattress.
Easy check in. Room was clean and ready. Breakfast was good in the morning.
