The property was filthy, carpets, walls, and even the ceiling had a huge brown stain on it. I asked for my sheets to be changed daily. Front desk informed me that I could come down and get the sheets for myself. I ended up going to the Walmart nearby and buying sheets, making my bed, and taking my sheets with me when I left. The closet doors were removed it appeared by the hinges. The foot of the bed had a stained dressing that looked to be stained with human fluids. There were photos taken to document all of these issues. NEVER stay here.

It was a place to sleep for a night. We stayed here because all the other hotels in the area were over $300/night. The property is decent with an indoor pool. The room was run down and needs updating; the paint was peeling off the walls and the light in the hall by the microwave/coffee maker was burnt out so we had to use our cell phone flashlights to make coffee. The ice maker and vending machines were out of order. The nightstand was covered in dust/dirt and the remote control was sticky. Only 3 pillows for a queen bed for 2 people? The employees were pleasant checking in and out

You definitely get what you pay for. The room was 1/2 clean. Someone barfed in the bathroom trash can and no bothered to clean it they only replaced the bad. This was 1/2 step from being a dump.

friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was good beds are comfortable

The tv in the room was broken. It had burn in on the screen so it obviously didnt happen just when we got there. People were running up and down the hallways the first night we were there all night long, screaming too. They are supposed to serve breakfast from 6 to 9 friday morning so we got down there at 8:30 and there was no eggs left, one biscuit, one tablespoon of hashbrowns left, no waffle batter. We were told there would be an omelet station, but there was none. The second morning which was Saturday we were down at 6:30 for breakfast and they were just setting up the omelette station. There was no spoon out for the fruit. We waited for an omelette and it was good, but we've had better food and service pretty much everywhere else we have been. The second night we could hear people talking till after 2 am in the morning. We will not be stayjng at this hotel again!

I loved the breakfast!!! The cook Izzy was amazing! Although he needed assistance he made sure he took everyone’s order was patient and sweet! My stay was nice I had to check in late and the staff didn’t fuss or complain !

It’s a nice property. I would recommend this property to my friends. I would stay here again

I didn’t like enjoy my stay this time. My first visit here I didn’t have any complaints. This trip it was horrible. My room was filthy and I have pictures.

Everything was great, the staff, and overall the room.. Nice and clean. I'll be back 😊

I made this reservation with Orbitz's PET FRiENDLY filter on. We arrived at the Best Western around 10pm. I mentioned my dog and the front desk told me no dogs allowed. "The hotel is not and never has been pet friendly. If it was up tp me, I would let you bring the dog in but I would lose my job. Do you still want to check in?" I told him NO. The dog is not staying in the freezing cold car overnight. I took my credit card and driver's license and left. We got a room at La Quinta and stayed there instead. I called Orbitz to complain a couple days later, since I feel it was ultimately their fault for having the hotel show as pet friendly. Orbitz still insisted on calling the Best Western to get their input. OK, fine. THE MANAGER AT THE BEST WESTERN LIED TO ORBITZ! He told them we checked in at 5am and out at 3pm on the next day. That is completely untrue. We had already been asleep at La Quinta for 4 hours by then. I sent Orbitz the receipt from La Quinta to prove we had stayed at another hotel. They still believe the report from Best Western. Clearly the management is incompetent at this hotel. Someone is lying and it is not me. Orbitz should investigate this manager more closely. I will not use their service in the future. They lost a very good customer, because I have literally spent $18,000 in the last two months of travel to Vietnam. Penny wise and pound foolish!

Management was super nice and the complimentary, fresh out of the oven cookies are always helpful!

Staff at check in was not the friendliest nor very informative. Room walls and floor were dirty. Beds were clean.

Was over charged for my room. The price I paid is not what i was quoted on Orbitz. Not I have to work to get the additional funds back

Breakfast servers were serving food with pajamas and hair scarfs on. She was also on her personal cell phone arguing with someone. The workers behind the service desk were also on their personal cell phones and being very loud. They were very rude and lacked in customer service. I asked one of the girls a question and she just laughed in my face. Overall experience was horrible. I will tell everyone not to book here.

People at front desk where nice room was nice and clean.

The hotel was extremely convenient for my travel purposes. Check-in went very well and the staff was helpful. Some of the breakfast items were gone within the first half hour and I didn't see anyone making an effort to replace them, but the waffle was very good and fresh fruit was available. As I indicated, a good value for a one-night stay.

Nice Hotel. Nice Staff. Room was clean with no problems. Fast internet was great. Only concerns: hallway smelled of smoke and breakfast was just ok.

Cons-Phones in room were broke, tv on its way out, bathroom dirty, wouldn't let anyone check in until 3:00 on the dot, Pros- great breakfast, good water pressure in shower

This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city of Chicago however it was a pleasant surprise. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. They provide a nice breakfast each morning so if you have kids it could end up saving you a lot of money for breakfast. There is also a nice pool at this location for those that like water as well as a gym for you to keep in shape. It doesn't look like much when you turn into the main road but the hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the noise I heard from my adjoining rooms a couple of the nights that I stayed there. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
