It was hot out during my stay and the hallways and elevator were uncomfortably warm. My room was very humid, so much so that part of the ceiling was peeling off. No fan in the bathroom adding to the humidity. Guests should not have to go all the way to the lobby to get something to drink but there are no vending machines anywhere except lobby.

Convenient location. Very clean. As with many companies at this point I think they were short staffed. Eco friendly toilettes use less water and took several flushed. Toilet in our unit was not working well anddue to staffing it wasn't addressed during our stay

Most rooms smelled like urine. They provided 3 different room but same odor in all of those rooms.

No sound softening between floors. Someone smoking in hotel. Could smell it through vents and in elevator No towels/wash cloths Saturday. Told twice to come back in an hour. Billing. Booked, attempted to pay cash - 150 deposit required even though card on file. Charged card 330 instead of 286 2nd floor laundry dryer jammed No key but Kristen was helpful and let me dry clothes in the "big dryer". Comfortable beds Be prepared to clean your room when you get there. Make sure you watch what they charge to your card. No breakfast or pool due to COVID and no price reductjon to reflect thjs

I booked this property for my brothers movie night for his birthday and it all started off really well. I particularly booked because if the indoor pool and that’s important considering it was 40 degrees and the boys wanted to swim. The person who checked us in was very understanding and just asked if while during the stay I could keep the noise down and that was no problem. An hour later we get a call in both rooms asking if our stay was going ok which is odd because hotels don’t do that. The receptionist that took over targeted my guest and limited everything they did. She LIED about the pool because closed so they could get out only to allow another group of guest to enjoy it for a whole 2 hours until the pool closed for the night. She continuously called my room “ checking “ and on top of that my towels were stained and one had hair in the middle of it from a previous guest. I would never book here again.

I reserved two rooms over a month in advance. I called the day of the reservations and several dates prior to checking in to request that the two room my next door to each other. However upon checking in the two rooms were only on opposite ends of the same floor. Secondly after checking in and bringing in my belongings I was advised to “keep it down we have a no party policy” I replied asking why are you telling me that as I did have a cake however that’s doesn’t preclude a party. I simply stated I understood and didn’t intend to be loud at all. Two hours after checking in I received a call to the room 224 the woman reports that after seeing me in the lobby with a lot of girls she wanted to remind me that people are next door and below me and to “keep it quite” At this point I’m extremely agitated as I do not need a constant reminder to mind my noise. I asked had she received a noise complaint and she confirmed that she had not. And was simply calling as a precaution. My husband went to the front desk to speak with them in person to ask why it seems as though my family is being targeted for the potential of being loud during our one night stay and we have not cause one problem. He asked directly if she had received a noise complaint and reports “maybe I have maybe I haven’t.” Extremely unprofessional. And lastly on the morning of checkout another woman asks “did you have a party because of you did I need to check your rooms before you leave.” My family and I waited in the lob

Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only needed one night stay and this was very economical and exceptional. Breakfast was included and the food was good.

Clean rooms delecious food. Staff was very friendly and helpful my fiancee and I enjoyed our stay for his birthday weekend. All restaurants some in walking distance and malls were close by 5 mins away or less love it .nearby Credit union. Enjoyed our stay thank you. To the staff housekeeping, front desk Crystal, Kevin & kitchen staff Judith Excellent service above and beyond extra mile.
