The lady who checked us in was wonderful she went out of her way to change our rooms so my grandma would not have to climb stairs! It was a great price just need to not expect all the amenities no pool and outside entrance to rooms etc..

We checked in late do to delayed flight. Traveling with two small children and disabled. I requested a late check of an hour. Which was denied. Thanks for the sympathy.

No apology for waiting long to check in, bug crawling in bed when I got to room. Dirty. Bed uncomfortable! "Extended" says it all. Smelt like smoke although no smoking.

This Extened Stay was run down and not very clean. The water for the toilet was turned off when we checked in and when we turned it on it ran the entire night (water off said they knew it was broken). There was nothing in the room to tell us about local restaurants or places that would deliver food.

I just needed to stay the night on my way moving from Ohio to Florida. Great deal and would be the type of Hotel I'd like to stay in while visiting a city

Booked non-smoking room but when I checked in they said they only had smoking. Anyway, was tired to took the room. Room was ok, bed was uncomfortably hard and door stuck that you really had to pull/push to get it closed. Tried odor spray remover in the room but it did not help. When we woke in the morning my husband had a migraine and I had an asthma attack, both so bad that we had to go home and cancel our weekend plans. I am sure if I had had a non smoking room it would have been fine and I wouldn't have found fault with anything. Nice to have little kitchenette with stove, microwave and full size fridge.

It was a nice stay, even though we entered a room that had not been cleaned because the bed was bout made, they promptly out us in another room. The tv channels were limited but for the price and because it had a kitchenette, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and works stay there again.

I am upset that the hotel staff advertise free shuttle from the airport, but they dont mention they dont have a driver after 4pm. Big inconvenience for me, thank god for uber....it was only 13bucks from the airport to the hotel. The place was decent.

This hotel had friendly staff & clean room. I enjoyed it.

Hotel is simple and clean. Grab and go breakfast is available. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Had a good experience at hotel, staff was friendly and is located a short distance from convention center.

It was just Ok, our tub was clogged up the whole time, after a shower the water took forever to drain from the tub. Because it was the weekend, they couldn't do anything until monday, when we were leaving!

This is a very good option if you are staying close to the airport and are in need of transportion. The rate was very fair and the staff was very helpful.

I arrived after hours at the hotel, no one was there to help with the check in process. I called the front office at one of the call centers. She in turn called the front desk attendant. It was raining outside so I thought this was not appropriate. This was the only thing I found problematic, remember, first impressions are lasting and they did not make a good impression during my stay.
