I don’t like property. In bathroom door are broke hot water not coming. Shower not working properly, bathroom sink not working properly. Rooms are really old. Floor are not clean etc. I will never go again. Food was not good. Waste of money😡😡😡

Loved the place, very nice people. Could do we some updates in the rooms it self. The seaweed was terrible in the ocean. Had to moved down the beach so we could swim

Buffet was terrible. Blood on our sheets. Could not change thermostat on a/c tried and got shocked. Mini bar not re stocked. Elevators dirty as hell. Paid for ocean view room which we finally got but overlooking other buildings. Would never recommend it. Taxi driver to airport was a ass, terrible driving skills.

Love the place. Employees very friendly. Food was delicious. The only think we had issue with is that was either no water at the shower or the water was cold every night we wanted to take a shower specially after a long day doing activities at the X-parks.

The view is beautiful… The room was outdated and the food wasn’t that good….

Starting with management front desk rooms elevators everything was a HORRIBLE and I had all inclusive worst experience in my life

The Ac system was completely down! The staff advised they will have it working again in 2 days and it never got fixed the entire week we were there.

It’s a ok Hotel. Most of the food is terrible. Not to much to choose from. I’ve been stomach sick since Thurday and today it’s Monday. Food/Meats not well cooked or refrigerated. Terrible Elevator service. It’s not the cooks fault but I believe most employees are treated like slaves. Cups taste like soap when they bring you drinks. The way they wash cups is terrible. Waiters, cooks and bartenders are friendly. I believe that all Hotels in Cancun exploit their employees and do not pay them a good decent salary when the Hotel is making millions of dollars a year.

Staff is all very polite!

The hotel is gorgeous but our room’s water stopped working and it was so hot and noone came to fix it.

Terrible service, someone steal my sunglasses from my room. Floor was dirty during our stay. They just dress the bed and that’s all.
