The swim up bar was excited with the friendly staff. I enjoy sitting around the pool area with the friendly staff coming by asking if I needed anything.

What impressed us most was the staff's dedication. I remember some staff names. Gonzalo, the bartender, has incredible energy and kindness with every guest who approaches his bar to order drinks. At Frida Restaurant, the servers, Francisco and Carlos, treated us like royalty every day, and their joy and happiness were contagious from the moment we arrived. Another exceptional employee is Leonardo, a waiter at La Isla Restaurant, with genuine charisma that makes even the most demanding guests leave the restaurant happy after receiving his service. On the beach, Maria, a wonderful person who made us feel that her sole purpose was to ensure every guest felt happy. Damian, a tireless and incredibly friendly young man, was fantastically dedicated to his guests, always asking, "What can I do to make you feel even better?" Alex, another person at the beach who is in charge of digging holes in the sand for the umbrellas, does it with impressive kindness and cheerfulness, constantly interacting with the guests with a smile. Other fantastic staff members are the security guards; I can't remember their names, but I know one of them is from Tabasco, like the chili pepper. He was always very attentive, knowledgeable about the location of every place in the hotel, and on top of security. I don't remember the guys' names at the cafeteria near the lobby. Still, they were always cheerful and very attentive. Thank you to all of you at the Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun for such a wonderful stay.

Too many sales people and to many cop promoting situation they reserved the seats everywhere where there wasn’t even that many vip guests. Food was not bad but the hotel is not nearly 4.5 star hotel anymore.

If you book through this app, at the hotel they will give you one of the most awful rooms with views to the air conditioners boxes (right in front of your window) That was what they told me at the lobby literally “because the res wasn’t made directly with us we can’t do anything about it “, me and my family never opened the curtains. Time share was annoying too. Everything else was good, good food, they have 4 or 5 different restaurants (filet mignon was amazing) nice pools, beach also good, one star because of the room.

The staff and food was amazing. Tons of great entertainment as well. Some of the best food I've eaten at resorts. Also the staff are always happy and working very hard. Over all great experience. The building is a bit older but very clean

Staff was so friendly and provided excellent service. Rooms were not as spacious as HR punts cana. Beach was great. Soft sand. Beautiful water. Pool was also great. Entertainment was excellent. Took off one star as the Family suite was not really a suite but two connecting rooms would have given 4.5 if possible.

The hotel is good. You get what you paid. We had 2 problems. 1) One of us got food poisoning after eating a seafood soup at Isla (one of their restaurants onsite. We never left the hotel). 2) We made the mistake to go to one of these meetings where they try to sell you vacation packages (the company's name is Legendary). The first two individuals we dealt with were very nice, but then when it comes to the next in command who tried you to commit to packages, the experience was horrible and overwhelming. They push you to sign something. They stress you out, and they try you to sign a very expensive commitment on the spot. We were willing to listen to them and see opportunities for future vacations, but all they did was to stress us out and ruining our day. I understand their job is to sell, but they need to be more conscious of people's time and vacation. We said NO repeatedly, and they kept on sending us more people to commit. You need to understand the meaning of NO, and just leave people alone. Don't be tricked by these people. You are offered gifts. We got a couple, but they are not worth it, and you still need to paid for stuff at some point when enjoying those gifts. Just to be clear, the problem were the supervisors or managers. The other individuals involved were very nice.
