We had an awesome time in this all inclusive hotel. Absolutly amazing!

The rooms at the Hard Rock were nice if you pay for an upgrade

Kids club pool closed. Kids club staff very nice but kids did not want to go as it felt like activities were a bit boring. They don’t compare at all to other kids clubs! I requested hypoallergenic pillows and they said no you need to upgrade your room class for that, after being kept up until 3 am 2 nights in a row they would not change our room. They did not have dinner reservations available until 9 pm which does not work with kids. They could not accommodate my husband for dinner on his birthday. Hotel is more of a party atmosphere and did not feel it was geared towards kids or families.

Excellent food and entertainment. Very Helpful stafff everywhere on the property.

I enjoyed the upgrade and the experience. The weather sucked and I lost my iPhone on one of the excursions but overall the property was pretty good.

Our room and hallways smell like paint. If you turn on the AC in the room it will smell even worse. Last 3 dayst of our stay we did not have phone service, we don't have access to room service.

My first time at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun and it was a great stay. The hotel is very nice the service was the best the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean comfortable beds. Nice television. Good bathroom with plenty of room in the shower. We had an ocean view with a balcony on the 9th floor. You have a small wait for the elevators but never very long. It is worth the upgrade for an ocean view. The rooms have very good air-conditioning. And the rooms were cleaned every day. The guy cleaning are room did a great job each day. As for the hotel food I loved all the restaurant you have plenty to choose from. You have Brazilian which was a lot of food. The Asian theme restaurant was very nice good service. I had a lot to drink before hand so I was not into the food that night. The buffet for breakfast has a lot of choices for breakfast. All are indoors with great air-conditioning. No birds attacking you while you eat like some hotels. The Hard Rock does have outside grills by the pool for lunch with some really good food. I like that the best. I was not a fan of the pizza. There is also an Italian restaurant but I did not try that one. The lobby of the hotel has a great bar and all the Rock and Roll celebrities clothing and guitars on display. Like Prince, Cher, to name just a few. The large pool next to the beach is very long and great for hanging out in. With bars on both ends and good bartenders you can have plenty to drink.

The security was excellent The restaurants were excellent. Service at the beach was good.

the check in process takes too long, and they charge extra fees, the reservation from online portals is not consistent with their reception desk and they want to charge extra fees when you get there. The food is also not great or variety

The kids amenities wernt what was advertised. Ultimately we booked to accommodate our 2 and 5 year old because the hard rock listing offered the most activities for them ONLINE but did not have them. Would be a great resort for older children though!

Liked the food and staff. Did nit like Coco Bongo and events at resort.
