Place was nice besides the private cab service who decided to leave an hour early and have us take a taxi to the airport.

1. The steakhouse is good….. that’s the only positive about this resort. 2. Extremely out dated resort. 3. Only 2 restaurants because the 3rd is a buffet that does not have good food. 4. This is the worst hard rock I’ve ever been to. 5. Customer service is more like customer nightmare in this place. 6. You can ask anywhere on the property for a water bottles and they will not give you one. Instead you’re told they will only deliver water bottles to your room. 7. The food is okay at most. Only place that is good is the steak house. 8. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. Save your money and save yourself the headache.
The whole property and service is overrated. They want to sell their membership no matter what. The food was okay... the rooms are not top of the line. AC licks... the tv is old... they are remodeling... the pool tiles are missing... the chairs are old... but the staff work there back off. They are friendly and nice. Food is not great.
The staff was super nice but the place is falling apart so there is only so much they can do. We had to change rooms because of water leaking from the cieling. Then the second room the air-conditioning fan was loose and kept us from sleeping, the balcony door did not shut properly so we had a wind tunnel making noise all night long. The sinks could not be tapped. No hot water for half a day. Our door lock was broken. And all they gave us for this was a chair on the beach for a day. LOL

We really enjoyed the restaurants, the staff are helpful and friendly. The shows were nice. The spa services were great. The rooms were clean and well stocked. We have no complaints about our stay.
