The building is under remodeling. Pool closed, no breakfast, even though it says breakfast is included. No information about it provided when you book the place. Rooms are dirty and nasty. Our pillows had stains all over. Bathroom is so small that you can barely get in to it. The door did close all the way and no way to lock it. The foyer looks nowhere close to what they show on the pictures. I understand they are under remodeling. At least the should put a note on the page so people know about it when they book it and not be shocked when they check in. Absolutely unacceptable
We did not like that the place was under a huge renovation but was not disclosed when booking. The flooring was completely torn up and our room did not have heat. We were moved to another room which was nice. There was also a homeless man sleeping in his car in the parking lot. Would not want to stay here again.
In middle of construction, rooms are okay, no pool, no continental breakfast, lots of dust every where. Staff was great and tried their best. I am sure it will be nice when finished but until then shouldn't charge full price when you can't even sit in lobby without being baked in dust

Last night I reported problems checking in. We did have problems but they went out of their way this morning to resolve the issue so that was appreciated.
This property needs to be better managed. I booked it because my son was getting married not to far from this place. The room was very musty and moldy. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk. We had to call them. No housekeeping staff. It said full breakfast which turned out to be packaged cereal, milk yogurt, and a pancake machine that spit out two silver dollar pancakes. The hot tub and pool were disgusting brownish color. Hot tub was not warm Luke warm. Manager wouldn’t refund us a room charge when we checked out early. I asked to speak to someone higher and her response was, “That would be the owner who doesn’t come to the property.” She didn’t give me a name or number. Needless to say I would not recommend this place.

Dingy room, with very tiny bathroom. Breakfast was subpar. Indoor pool is nice. Overall, overpriced for what you get.
I got the room to see my niece at the local high school for an out of town performance. Its got beds and pillows. TV works. The pool is open until midnight
Room was clean with all normal amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Of note, trying to GPS this address was interesting and took us about 3 miles away. Called staff and they quickly gave us accurate directions to the hotel. Would definetly stay at again!
overall a good experience with minimum bumps (no knifes for the breakfast and the OJ was still frozen). i would recommend staying here to anyone, except for the pretentious lady that was staying here that made a HUGE fuss over the lack of utensils (knives) and having only light syrup available. relax and enjoy yourself! if that is the worse thing that could happen that day, then life isn't so bad. afterall, it isn't the four seasons. but overall a good place to stay and unwind.
The first room they put us in smelled of urine. We asked to be moved and they did but the smell did not improve much. The rooms are average in cleanliness and size but definitely WAS NOT worth what we paid. They need to rethink what they are charging for the condition of the hotel.
When we arrived we did not receive the room we had reserved. When we informed the desk clerk she put us in a different room, unfortunately it was a smoking room. Then, they charged our credit card for the room, which we had already paid for. When we tried to get a refund from the hotel the manager was constantly unavailable. We're still working on that refund. Be careful when handing them your credit card.
