The rooms are small (it's an old building), but they're clean and very pretty. Staff is super helpful. Location is awesome, it's a short walk to Telegraph and a longer but doable walk down to Shattuck, so it's a convenient location if you want to be in that general area.
Leave this hotel away!!! When I entered the room at 10pm during Labor Day holiday, the room temperature was 86ºF and the terrible bathroom smell made me hardly to breathe. Dirty and noisy. I asked the hotel staff to fix the AC, and the staff told me no AC in the entire hotel at all!!! So bad experience ...
Super nice and friendly staff, and down to earth people. Beautiful window looking out into the street with lots of sun light. I accidentally booked two nights, and they were more than willing to help me get a refund for the second night. I will definitely stay here again.
