Requested a nonsmoking room. They had to move us once and the room they put us in the second time still smells like a 1950s bar.

There was no toilet paper in our room. We got locked out of our room. The bathtub was so nasty it was stopped up. Breakfast was awful. Only 1 staff was very friendly at all.

The room was very nice and very clean. Also, the staff was very friendly. But the exterior areas of the hotel were quite dirty and smelly.

The pictures you see anywhere of this hotel are so misleading it’s ridiculous. Pool was closed after I called a day before and they said it would be open also continental breakfast canceled without warning. I get it we are in a pandemic but to cancel everything without any kind of warning was the worst.

Staff was rude and the room had a bad smell. I wouldnt suggest this hotel to anyone.

Only problem was the temp control in the shower was awful. No matter how much you tried to adjust the water temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. Other than that everything was fine.

Breakfast was not at all what was advertised. Some bread is really all. Even had to ask for butter. Room was nice. Staff was nice. Had a quiet room.

Ok hotel with plenty of parking. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Many parts of the hotel were falling apart.

The hotel was where I expected, but I didn't realize how hard it was to get there (temporary) and what an inconvenient part of town it was. The tub drain stopper was difficult to keep open, there were not many TV choices and the breakfast was just so-so. The staff was very nice and the bed and pillows were great.

Just traveling through and a good place to rest. Convenient to the interstate.

NO ICE FOR THE ROOMS !! BROKEN ICE MACHINE THAT HAD BEEN BROKE FOR SOME TIME!!!

Homeless people were not only roaming the parking areas begging for money, but the next day they were eating the continental breakfast... Room was FILTHY..We didnt even want to remove our shoes on the carpet, blanket under the comforter was stained and dirty..just a mess..hated it
