The staff made our stay the best! Offered a complimentary late check out which helped out so much. The pool and hot tub are excellent perks on this hotel away from home! Highly recommend for those that just want a night away.
It was a pleasant experience as the room I stayed was newly renovated. Clean, spacious and cheap. The hotel staffs were also friendly and even go beyond to help me. Special mention to Shelly, the wonderful receptionist who gladly answered my inquiries and accommodate my needs. Would surely book this ...
I'm very particular about the companies I give my money to! The customer service here is great- I don't mind paying for good quality service. My room was clean from the bathroom to the sheets... excellent! Please don't change Holiday Inn...
When I booked the room I noticed it said "smoking" on my itinerary. I called the hotel to inquire. The hotel staff said "We have no smoking rooms here." However, when I arrived in my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke.
Slight problem in locating hotel due construction adjacent and signage due to same construction. No more than 3 minute delay in locating, check-in was prompt and courteous, able to upgrade to handicap facility due to pre-check in phone call, again with no delay or problem. Have no problem recommending this hotel to others, as we will use again when need arises.
Clean, clean, and clean! This is all I want. When I travel for business a clean, safe room is important.
I love the area.they have most of your everyday needs places around you. Good resurants n once again peaceful the pool is great as well I will stay there over anywhere else I love it
Everything was great except 2 things. The side entrance to the hotel had a broken hotel key reader so you could not enter from the side. I stayed for a week and the door had a sign on it all week indicating it was broken. Seems like this is not a priority to fix. Also, the pancake maker was not functional the whole week either. I have been to similar hotels that do the breakfast thing and they have a functional waffle or pancake maker everyday. This is a major hit in my book because I love breakfast. It will significantly influence my choice to stay there versus another hotel now.
