Traveling from Washington State to Florida this was our oasis hotel of our journey.

Staff was amazing. Upon check in some one's hair was still in the shower along with black material. Dead bugs on the window sill and the bed had a louud squeak on one side...annoying when you get in and out. The pool was...a no. The green hot tub was a turn off...breakfast was ok.

The room was nice and clean, though it did have a slight ordor upon entrance. Over it was a quiet and relaxing stay

Had to change rooms twice. First room, the AC wasn't working and it was 10pm. Maintenance had already gone home. The second room they gave me looked like the housekeeper went home mo8d shift. The room wasn't done being serviced. Sheets were off the bed and stuff still everywhere. It was past midnight by the time I was placed in a room with adequate AC. Still didn't really cool the room, but I was too tired at that point.

The hotel was under construction we were not made aware of. The out side of the building was horrible. The screens on the windows were all torn. they were also very cloudy. Whenyou walked into the lobby the smell of chlorine was overpowering. I had made a reservation for 3 people in the room and was told that a cot in the room was a fire hazard and would not even try to help us with the situation. we only went up to the room for a few minutes and decided to go next door to LaQuinta who helped us with our trip.

this was the worst holiday inn experience I have ever had. Other guest screaming across the way to each other. Parents letting the kids run the halls at all hours screaming and playing. Maids talking so loud that I woke up thinking they had come into my room even though the do not disturb sign was out. The room was semi clean. The ice make didn't work on my floor so I had to try 2 other floors for ice. WhenI checked out and told the person on duty again what had been going on all night I didn't get a I am sorry or anything. I will NEVER use holiday inn again I would rather sleep in my car first. Poor service disappointing room leads to very unhappy guest.

Mold in tub. Very thin sheets. Disappointed. Expected better quality from a Holiday Inn.

Could have been better, room had an unpleasant oder, bathroom was small and in need of some repairs

I booked this hotel for a weekend get a way, with two rooms. It was amazing, the ice machines on each floor except the first wasn't working. Hopefully they changed that but otherwise than that I LOVED IT !

Very friendly staff. All worked out well. Would stay here again.

I had two reservations on consecutive nights and they worked hard to accomodate me staying in the same room. The hotel is quite pretty and I love the fountain in the lobby. The indoor pool was nice, but needed to be cleaned. The amenities were nice (fridge, microwave, hair dryer etc.), but you could tell some of them were a little old. Great TV. Overall it deserves a 4 star. Great place to stay, just don't expect everything to be PERFECT. But very nice. Also, the kids eat free which was a huge plus for my family.

I loved my room and everything about the hotel! Staff was great and very helpful. My only complaint is that the pool was often full of children and so was the hot tub. However it is a family place and if my children would have been there they would have been all over the pool as well.

Staff was not very helpful. The kids wanted to go swimming and the staff did not even start cleaning the pool until after 11am! We had to check out at noon, therefore they did not get to go swimming and were upset. The staff made the situation worse...we started asking about the pool at 9am and they stated it had chemicals in it but would be open in 30 mins...then a man came to open it and stated he did not have the keys and the guy who worked last night took them home with him so it wouldn't open until 2:30pm! Then they stated the maneger would open it and they would call our room...never got a call...went back down to check on it at 11am and the guy who said he had no keys was in there and had just started cleaning the pool! They need to all talk together next time so they can make sure their lie (story) is the same!

Very enjoyable stay as the facility was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel and pool were wonderful. The staff was so helpful and nice.

My son and I stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The good: clean hotel, nice lobby (the kids all love the huge fountain in the atrium), allowed us a late checkout (2:00) with no issues, friendly staff. The bad: No continental breakfast, problem with my room key not working a few times (had to have it reset), pool was a bit murky, couldn't cancel my room once I was within 48 hours of my stay. Some friends stayed at the Hampton Inn, which was a few dollars cheaper, and they had a free breakfast. I don't have any major complaints about the Holiday Inn, but for essentially the same price and a decent continental breakfast, I recommend the Hampton.

We stayed in this hotel during a trip to Beaumont to visit family. The staff is friendly, and the room basic. We didn't get the best deal on the cost. I had to request a clean comforter due to staining on the one that was already on the bed. I also had to revisit the front desk due to room keys not working on day 2. None of these things ruined our trip, but it would have been a nice touch if these things were avoided.
