Found bed bugs on the bedspread and when we complained we were advised that there was nothing they could do. We put the bugs in a cup and brought them to the front desk and we were advised that it was an Orbitz problem and we would need to contact them for a refund or stay in the room

No phone in the room so i had to google just call front desk to inform them that the tv didnt work it was blood splatter in sink and on mirror fixture, hair all over the restroom that was noticeable. No face towels, a pile of wet towels were left in the tub. I was not offered another room and the attendant stated she could do anything except come get the wet towels. I was behooved when i saw aigns posted everywhere stating to wash your hands and blah blah blah....very poor stay at this location.

meh! It was ok. Nothing special ...it was clean for the most part and the area is nice but if you ask me it was just Meh!

Given room that smelled smoky. Door was open when we got there and bed was messed up like someone had been there watching tv.

Hotel was trashed, locks broken, dirty rooms and hallways, I felt very uncomfortable for the one night I stayed. Obviously under new management, but I'm not sure if my room was cleaned or left untouched from the previous ownership. I feel misled by orbitz, as there was no "insider" price, just a dumpy hotel. Do not stay for business.

I feel like this hotel was grossly misrepresented. The immediate appearance of smell of lobby area was a warning. Yet I did check in and go to the room. After 4 hours in the room I had terrible asthma attack and we packed up and left in the middle of the night to find other accommodations.

Slight problem in locating hotel due construction adjacent and signage due to same construction. No more than 3 minute delay in locating, check-in was prompt and courteous, able to upgrade to handicap facility due to pre-check in phone call, again with no delay or problem. Have no problem recommending this hotel to others, as we will use again when need arises.

When I walked into the motel, I thought it was quite nice. It was recently renovated under the new owner is my understanding. However, I feel like I was sold a shiny used car with a bad engine. Our room had a broken desk chair, a lamp with no bulb and four electric sockets that didn't work. In the Fitness Room, the treadmill did not work at all and the elliptical was just dangerous--I still don't understand why they didn't have "Out of Order" signs on them. One morning, just after 6am, the incredibly loud fire alarm went off because of burnt toast, and then it went off intermittently two more times in the hour. Finally, the cleaning staff accidentally threw away some expensive chocolates we had in a paper grocery bag that was nowhere near the garbage. When we reported it, instead of apologizing, the man at the front desk had the audacity to suggest that because we paid a low price for the room that we shouldn't expect any better. Perhaps when they have fully taken care of the smaller details, the motel will be a viable option.

I enjoyed my stay at the room.I just think when it comes to the breakfast part,it could be a little more cleaner.But I got a good price on the room

Upon arriving front desk staff was friendly, and hotel seemed nice enough. But I was very disappointed when there was a roach in our room when we entered as well as a large wasp nest on the curtain. We asked for another room and the desk staff was again very nice and understanding, she apologized and the rest of our stay was without incident. No issues with the room we changed too.

I am sorry we could not help you more, due to checking in through a third party they are the ones to have to give you a refund. Both credit cards of yours were declined and you were not able to pay for your online reservation and now you are telling that room was smelly. Our rooms are good for people who can afford.
