This place is ok, but it isn't worth what they are charging.
The staff was lovely from the start. They were quick to help with a blown bulb in our room. Breakfast was yummy and easy. The room was clean and comfy! It was like home away from home.

Convenient! The hotel closes to hot springs and downtown town! Comfortable beds! Receptionist is friendly and helpful!

It was clean and welcoming! The room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. Staff was cordial and helpful.

We had our locked bikes stolen off of our car in the hotel parking lot. When we reported it to the manager she said there was nothing they could do. No security cameras on sight. No offer to try to make it right, she refused to comp the room for the night. An hour after we left they suddenly found the bikes. Seriously suspicious activity going on there. I will never stay a Hampton Inn again.
